Chapter 21

A/N: I just wanted to Clarify the difference between Camila's and Lauren parents.

Lauren's parents are super religious. Daughter of the pastor of course. Very strict household, very limited amount of stuff they can get into. Lauren would spend most of her childhood at home. Just inside. Because they rather not have her associate with the " wicked ones". Homophobic,  but more on the passive aggressive side. It's more of a " They are sinners, don't become friends with them or even be close to them."

As for Camila's parents. They aren't very religious. They don't go to church nor read much of the bible besides what was taught to them in an early age. You can say they are spiritual, because even if they don't go to church every Sunday or such, but they still believe there's something greater than them. They are more flexible with their daughter, lets her go do what she pleases cause they trust her. But they are very aggressive. Especially her father. As said in chapters before, they would definitely use violence.

Long story short, Lauren's parents would fix her mentally  while Camila's would physically.

After dropping off Lauren, Camila couldn't help but smile all the way home. It's been just an amazing day, no one could possibly understand how much her heart is filled with joy at this moment. She feels refreshed. She parked her car and started unlocking the door to her house. She entered and heard distant laughing/chatting with low music on. Camila made her way to the living room and greeted her parent's.

" What's up older Cabellos."

" Camila! Right on time. Remember Anthony?" Alejandro said, gesturing to the figure she hasn't noticed. She was met with a pair of hazel eyes. He was much older than her, he looked around his 20's or so. Number one thing noticeable about him was the bags under his eyes and tired smile. Shivers went up her spine. She thought she has seen the last of this guy. When she was just 13 years old, Anthony tried his hardest to get her attention. He was extremely clingy and possessive. The worst part was that he was 19 years old when he tried to get with her.

" C'mon baby, Age is just a number. I'm not even that much older than you. It'll be fun. Just imagine all the cool grown stuff we can do man. I got a car, money, we can go everywhere together. Just think about that. And how cool is to have a older boyfriend?"

Camila cringed at the thought.

" Bro. I was literally 12 just 3 months ago, and that doesn't bother you at all?" She asked, feeling nauseous.

Anthony snickered. " Well when you put it that way."

" Anthony, It's literally that way."

He then farrowed his eyebrows. " Camila, I don't see what's wrong with this. Like, literally. You're a teen, I'm still practically considered a teen. We are both teenagers."

" You know that's not true."

" Ug, you're acting like such a little bitch. Girls would love to be with an older guy but you here acting like a whole prude. I'll be back when you're older to see if you changed your mind."

And like he said, he was back.

" Hey Mila, Long time no see." He says, with a mocking grin.

" What are you doing here?" Camila asked annoyed, crossing her arms.

" Camila, stop being anti-social." Alejandro said, rolling his eyes. " You young kids go right outside in the patio to catch up. Your mom will be bringing some snacks for you guys in a bit."

" But-"

" Camila." Sinu warned.

The drummer grunted and went outside to sit. She huffed and felt the warm breeze of the night hit her. The door opened, and Anthony took a chair next to her and sat down.

" So, how you been?"

" What do you mean how I been? Bro, what are you doing here?"

Anthony grinned. " Isn't it obvious? I'm here for you. I told you I would be back. It's been 4 years but here I am. Don't I look handsome? And damn mila, you really grew. If you know what I mean." He says as he checked her out.

" You fucking creep. I'm still in high school in you're what? Already a college graduate?"

" And? You're gonna turn 18 soon."

" I can't believe you still with this bull shit." Camila said as she sighed in fustration.

" It's only because you are different. I am in love with you and you know it. C'mon, let's get together." He says as he reaches her hand. Camila yanked it away.

" Why are you acting like that? Every time I touch you, you do that. Are you fucking gay or something?" He sneered.

Camila's heart rate went up by 1,000. " N-no you asshole." She stammered, trying to act as if what he said was utter bullshit.

He eyed her.

Sinu then came out with a plate of sandwiches and chips. " Here you go. Don't be out here to long, Camila you have school tomorrow."

" Okay ma. I'll be there in 5 minutes."

" Make that 10." Anthony said to Sinu. Camila jerked her head to him. Did this fucker just-

" Haha alright." Sinu said as she went back inside.

Anthony turned to Camila. " You're hiding something."

" No the fuck I am not. "

" Hmmmm, yess you are and I'll find out soon. You'll see." He says as he gets up from his seat. He pulls out and cigarette, light it up and then blows out the air. " I have to bounce. I'll see you soon baby."

" Don't call me that." Camila said.

Anthony rolled his eyes and pulled her off her seat and slammed their bodies together. He gripped her arms roughly. " Get the fuck off of me." she says as she tried to push him off. Anthony then smirked, spit the cigarette on the floor and leaned in. " Give me a kiss." He demanded.

Camila swears her nose was about to burn off with the stench of his cigars in his breath. She tells him to fuck off and turns her head. Anthony gripped her face and planted a sloppy kiss on her lips, and then pushed her on the floor as he walks away. " Thanks for that. Can't wait for more." He says chuckling. " Bye love you."

and with that he left.

Camila was still on the floor, ready to just puke. She wanted to cry due to frustration and humiliation. She sat there a while, until she heard a *ding*. She unlocked her phone and saw the text message.

Lauren💚: Hey baby girl, I miss you.

Camila's heart skipped a beat. She couldn't help but smile as she let out a sigh of relief. Lauren makes her feel better instantly. But, should she tell her about Anthony? She doesn't know. She doesn't want Lauren to get upset. They just started dating and Camila wants things to go smooth with them. She battles the decision in her head and decided to just leave it at that.
