If Elena's emotions become out of control, Her eyes flash to a very sandy color. And a small side note if she holds a time blade her powers become completely painless. But at the same time, her whole body turns to a white color. She begins to merge with her very element itself. If she holds it for too long it is possible that she merges with it completely and would be lost in time forever…Kind of like what happened to Nya in sea bound. Plus it makes her visions worse.
