Elena definitely inherited his personality a bit in terms of her anger issues and stubbornness. Krux did always have a warm spot for his niece deep down and loves her dearly.
When the two got older and they meet at the museum, ( Elena had no idea it was actually him until hands of time when her and the others all find out. )
I would imagine he would strongly disapprove of her marriage and having a son. Sense Zane is literally the embodiment of technology. Which he has nothing but hate for. ( He or her father doesn't actually know she is a Nindroid. )
