Chapter 12: Apologies & Exhaustion

I'm writing this as an apology. 
Usually I take time on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays to write. If I don't end up publishing anything, that usually means I at least have some ideas or a WIP sitting somewhere. 
Today's different. I woke up super sick. I took a home test & thankfully I don't have COVID, but as a starseed I'm still very very weak against earthly illnesses. Humans kind of scare me because they're so good at persevering & fighting off sickness... I wish I was that strong! :(
I'll be on a miniature break for a couple days to a week or so. Maybe longer, maybe shorter, I don't really know yet. I just know that right now, I need a break to focus on recovery. I don't really have anything to write about, and everything I try to say ends up sounding weird because my brain fog is so bad! Hopefully you all understand. 
Next time I'm sick like this I'll hopefully have some backup chapters saved, but at the moment nothing mythical-related has happened really because I've spent most my time in a Nyquil coma. 
I'm so sorry!! Hopefully this is coherent enough for you all to understand.
