---------------------------------------------------------------------

Things have been awkward since then. Chika would constantly avoid her uncle gaze and walk passed him by lowering her head. Their relationships though, are getting better days by days. But with Chika stuttering, things have been awkward between them.

Now Chika is pretty much too busy to think about those cause she was chosen as the class contestant on the stage, and it's solo music apparently.

"Why did everyone vote on me?", Chika puffed her cheeks annoyed that the class chose her. Most of them chose her due to her cuteness and her popularity but still she's pissed.

"Oh it's okay right?", Yuka laughed next to her. Yuka and Mamoru start dating and become lovers while in the other hand Chika relationship and Akihiko relationship is sinking like a sinking boat. They rarely talk to each other and has been avoiding each other for a while. Strangely enough Tooru rarely show up in school for unknown reason.

"So you're going to sing right? What song?", Yuka asked curiously. Chika shook her head and smile playfully, "Not gonna tell". She also needs to rehearse and helping her class with the café stuff. Her class was chosen with café attribute for Culture Festival. As the class rep start his lectures, Chika only dozing off staring the clear blue sky. Her mind wanders off to Izaya and Akihito, how could she's trapped between those two.

"So uhh love triangle?", Yuka smirked. Chika chokes on her own saliva and coughed. Her face flushed pink while Yuka giggling next to her. She went home alone, Akihito is busy with club and Tooru is absent for two weeks. She was frowning on the way home, almost crying. Everything turn different now, why does it turn into this way. She lower her head to hide her tears but then she felt something on her head. A coat was thrown on her head, a winter coat...and she knows it well whose jacket that is. When she's about to look at the one who threw it, a voice shush her.

"Shush my dear, let's go home", a sly yet somewhat calm voice soothe her heart. Still putting Izaya coat on her head while Izaya guiding her, her face blushing bright red due to the sudden kindness she receive. When they arrive home, Chika went straight to her room. She jumped on her bed and bury her face on the pillow.

"I should stop thinking about Izaya-san", she thought while hugging her pillow.

"So", Izaya suddenly barge into her room without warning with his trademark smirk plastered on his face. "What took you so long?".

"Umm I'm busy for culture festival", Chika answered nervously. Izaya walked to her and sit next to her then poke her forehead, "You're pretty popular Chika-chan, I'm surprised~".

Even sitting next to him make her heart beat faster than she usually does. Izaya pat her head gently and smile differently than he usually does. "I'm going to go out for a bit, don't do anything careless while I'm gone", Izaya flicked her forehead.

He's becoming different this lately which only make Chika become more uncomfortable than ever.

"Is it just me or...", Chika blushed bright red. Her blue orbs eyeing on the Informant gestures like a hawk. Izaya knows and he merely chuckled. "Well then Chika-chan, I guess I'll see you later~", Izaya cooed next to her with a teasing smirk. Chika hold her pillow tightly when he did that and she sure is embarrassed.
