Green eyes searching the area, her boots created marks on the green grass and left muddy footprints. Cold rain fell against her warm skin creating goosebumps. Letting out a shaky breath she slowly turned with her sword in hand. Her wet hair slammed against the side of her face and she only gripped the hand tighter. Her heart raced, hearing distant noises, to her it was clear someone roamed in the shadows. Someone followed her and wanted her attention. Her head snapped to the right hearing a twig snap in two. Her eyes wide open keeping a lookout for anything or anyone out there approaching her. A huge force of energy hit her on her right side throwing her against a tree. She groaned in pain from the impact, raising her head. The bravery left and she instantly became terrified. The man who she's been running from in her dreams has finally returned again.
Gulping down in fear, she placed her shaking hand on the puddle of water underneath her. She stood up from the ground. A hand placed on her stomach while the other one held tightly onto the sword. "What do you want from me?!" She questioned him standing tall in front of him. The tall male with a balck coat and hood that covered half of his face. Again she could only see his mouth. He smirked, staring down at the girl that was now injured. Although most of his body was covered with clothing her eyes glanced at his neck seeing a scar and a black mark. She assumed it was a tattoo, something that not many people had because of how painful it was. Raising his right hand he pointed at the bottom half of her stomach where her energy gate laid. Opening up his pal he allowed her to see a ball of energy in front of her that represented her energy. Looking down she let out a breath knowing he's probably one of many mages that wanted to take her power.
"I will never hand it over to anyone, especially you." The brunette girl raised her hand forming a ball of energy and aiming it at him. The ball exploded in a matter of seconds giving her enough time to give her a head start. Running through the woods the impact of her boots on the puddles causing a splash noise and mud landed on her legs. She felt her hair sticking onto her warm skin, the rain seemed to start pouring more. Now thunder erupted through the sky as she ran through the woods. A few branches scraped her making small cuts on her cheeks, neck and arms. No matter what happened she continued to run, nothing was stopping her from getting away from this evil man. She stopped at the center of the woods that surprisingly looked like a small field. The tree seemed to surround it but nothing had been placed where she stood. Her eyes searched the woods trying to find sight of him.
