Nari came out of the room holding a wooden bowl that contained some mashed up herbs. "Mudeok, I have some medicine that will help with your wound." The maid turned to look at the girl who came out of the room with clean hands. Jang Wook who had been standing in front of the maid glanced at Nari in surprise. His eyes widened at the dried up blood on her white royal coat. He rushed to the girl, placing his hands on her shoulders. "What happened?" His eyes on her face. He noticed how there was no emotion on them and her bright green eyes had turned into a dull green. His hands slowly moved to her soft warm cheeks. Yul, who came back with a wooden bucket filled with clean water, stopped in his tracks. His eyes landed on his fiancé and his best friend. He set the bucket down near the fire and approached the two. He placed a hand on Wook's shoulder making him turn to look at him. "She's still in shock."

Wook looked at his best friend who signaled him to follow him. The boy sent Nari one last glance before following Yul. The princess made her way towards the maid both walking into a room. She helped Mudeok remove her upper clothing that had stuck to her skin due to the dry blood. The princess was careful not to hurt or apply any pressure. She removed the white bandages off her skin carefully. She grabbed a small town from a bucket filled with clean water. She rinsed the water out and started to clean any dried up blood on the maid's body. Once she had finished cleaning up any blood she grabbed the small wooden bowl with the smashed herbs, she scooped up a little and applied it on her soft skin. "Young master Yul, told me the whole reason he was able to find me was thanks to you. Thank you, Nari. You have always been so kind to me and I don't know why." She watched how her green eyes remained on the small wound that Yul had been able to close. She applied the spread on the redness of her skin to stop any infection or from the wound to reopen.

"I know, I don't know you like Jang Wook does but I do hope we can become friends, Mudeok. I care deeply about you but not because you work for one of my best friends. You may think I'm stupid for my reasoning but I can't help but want to take care of others. Especially those in need or those who have been struggling in life. Although it seems like everything has been handed to me in a matter of days, I've been struggling to sleep and can't help but have this little voice at the back of my head constantly telling me I'm going to lose everyone I love." Her eyes watched her best friend let out a sigh and finish applying the spread above her chest. She grabbed a new bandaged and wrapped it around the maids small body. The maid couldn't help but just stare at the girl. She knew that Nari was more than just a powerful mage. She felt more than others and understood people better than anyone else.
