Taehyung again was feeling awful, the rain again hitting his windows made him remember everything. He was a small kid when the accident occured. He felt so guilty, and scared he never told anyone. When he grew up he understood it hadn't been his fault. But he couldn't stop his mind telling him he was guilty.
Again it was late, 10:00 p.m. His parents were in the living room, watching some TV programs, with their expensive wine and night snacks.
Taehyung decided to go outside through his window. He called Jimin again.
"Chim? It's me, hey, can we see each other? I need to see you, please! Yes right now, I'm again thinking about a lot of things, and I need to distract myself!" Taehyung pleaded on the phone.
"I'm at work, let me tell my boss tonight I'll leave earlier, today I was supposed to help with some archives, and document stuff. Go to our safe place, I'll meet you there!"
Jimin asked Hoseok to help him with the paperwork, he didn't explain why, but he had been running many afternoons and nights without saying anything. Namjoon, their boss, was already angry.
Hoseok understood it should be one of his "emergencies" ; he seemed to be anxious and in a hurry. "Fine, you shorty, you owe me again, I'll stay, go!"
Jimin changed clothes faster than he ever did. He picked his bag, and went out running. He had his own car, so he drove all the way to their favorite bar.
Taehyung was there, he seemed to have begun early, the empty glasses, the strong alcohol scent, and the wasted look on the other man told him it was a rough night.
Jimin sighed. He knew almost everything about his new best friend. He always talked about having been his fault his older brother had suffered during a car accident. But more than that he didn't know exactly what Taehyung had really gone through.
It was 2:00 in the morning, and the bar owner had asked them to leave. Jimin had a really drunk Taehyung, problem was, Taehyung's home was at the other side of the city, plus he lived with his parents, so he never would dare bring their son all wasted. "Here Mister Kim, I brought your drunken son, I'm his alcohol addict friend, nice to meet you!" Just imagining it made him laugh.
That day, his own sister had come to stay at his apartment, so Jimin told her he was going to spend the night out. His older sister would kill him if he arrived there all drunk, driving his car drunk, and carrying an even drunker man.
He suddenly remembered his best friend Hoseok. He was sure that if he explained it to them, they would let them crash in one of their apartments, after all Hoseok and his boyfriend had two apartments between them, so probably two beds for them for one night wasn't going to be that bad, right?
He knew Hoseok's and Yoongi's apartments were near. He drove and parked his car in the building parking lot. He carried Taehyung on his back and like that he went up the stairs.
He was almost falling with the taller boy in his back. Finally he saw under Hoseok's apartment there was still light. So he probably was just barely arriving from work.
He knocked on the door. "Hyung, it's me, Jiminie!" He said happy and childish.
Hoseok had arrived at one. Yoongi had waited for him. They have finished eating and we're watching some episodes of a drama. The next day was Saturday so they were hugging and making out on the couch before going to sleep.
The knock so late scared the shit out of Hoseok. He shouted and accidentally fart. His face was all red and blushed.
Yoongi was going to mock him and laugh at him as he always did. But he also heard Jimin's voice. Why on earth was Jimin knocking on their door so late?
