For the first time ever I woke up on time for something. It was currently 8:15am as I stared at my clothing options, I didn't want to mess things up.

After changing I walked downstairs to find my brother and Childe watching the news while having a cup of coffee.
"Morning Y/n," Zhongli said, turning his head towards me.
"OOO~, you're dressed nicely, where are you off to?" Childe said as he payed particular attention to my outfit.
"The arcade," I said as I grabbed my bag before going to sit on the steps outside to wait.
Childe's POV
"Aren't even the slightest bit curious about who they are going with?" I said concerned as Zhongli is usually eager to know where y/n goes.
"But I already know," Zhongli said calmly while sipping his coffee.
"Huh?!" I questioned. "But Y/n never told us."
"Ah, when you were picking up dinner for everyone last night I overhead Y/n's conversation to absolutely no one, they were just talking to the anemo slime plush." Zhongli continued.
"Who was itttt??" I complained as Zhongli was doing one of those dramatic pauses.
"It Scaramouche." He said with no hesitation.
"WHAT?!" I yelled. "And you're not even the slightest bit concerned?!"
"Nope, I concerned the fact that we had dinner with him once, that Xiao and both you know him and that Y/n seem genuinely happy with this so called date." Zhongli said as he went to stand up and put his cup in the sink.
"Oh, well I guess if you put it like that it seems fair." I said as I got up to go help Zhongli was the dishes.
Y/n's POV:
After a couple of minutes Scaramouche had arrived, I quickly got up and walked over to his car. He rolled his window down. "Are you gonna get in or?"
"OH UHH!!!" I said realising that I was just standing there awkwardly.
On da drive to da arcade zoom zoom (─‿‿─)♡
"Uhh..." I said desperately trying to start a conversation, "You have a really nice car.."
"Uh yea... thanks," Was all he replied. "Did u wanna choose some music?" He asked.
"Uh sure, but type of music do you like?" I asked him, whilst looking through different artist.
"No I don't think you understand, I asked u to choose a song," He said as he continued driving.
"Oh uh, in that case is uhh, Cigarettes after sex?" I asked.
"Sure which song?" He said as we turned a corner. (bro idk I be making up directions to the place don't pay to much attention to it cause we might be going in a circle)
"K.?" I asked nervously (bro if u haven't listened to this song go GO then come back and read my book :0)
"Ahh cool, it should be in my liked songs if you wanna check there." He replied with a small smile.
"WHAT!?!" I replied extremely loudly.
"Y/n what the hell, You can't yell while I'm driving!" Scaramouche said turning his head to face me.
"OH uhh sorryyy, It's just, now that we have parked. WHY DIDN'T YOU SAY YOU LIKE cigarettes AFTER SEX SOONER?!! YOU KNOW HOW AWKWARD IT WAS FOR ME, I WAS GONNA LOOK IT UP AND IF U HAD NO IDEA WHO THEY WERE THEN IT'D BE MORE AWKWARD EXPLAINING IT CUZ WRITING CIGARETTES AFTER SEX WITHOUT CONTEXT IS WEIRD?!!!
"Oh sorry, well uh shall we get back to driving, we kinda just pulled over for no reason." He said as he grabbed the wheel.
"Just so you know Im going to beat ur ass at the claw machine," I said crossing my arms.
"Sure you are, If I remember correctly and I do, you couldn't get anything out of the claw machine last time u went with Hu Tao." He said with shit eating grin.
"Getting cocky now, aren't we pretty boy." I said as he drove into the parking lot.
"Well see, if you're so confident then let's make a bet," Scaramouche said turning his head towards me as he finished parking the car.
"Sure," I said agreeing to his idea.
"How bout this, whoever gets the most out of the claw machine before 1pm is the winner, got it?" He said looking at me.
"Sure," I said as I smiled back.
"Ah, but here's the catch," He said as he unbuckled his seatbelt. "You only announce what you want after we find out who's the winner."
"Huh, but that means-" I said confused.
"It means you don't know how badly you need to win because you don't know what I want if I win." He says before we both get out of the car. (oh this sounds so unholy and cringy out of context or in contest (please just roll with it)
