Eugene
He knows 2 languages English and Italian as shown in series... He learned Italian only because there are valuable things to steele in Italy... But he has a pretty good grammar skills and is always up with a sarcastic reply... I like his style. He could not understand animals very well but do understand the expression given by them.
Rapunzel
She is always polite and positive and uses good words. Tho, she does not know any other language besides English and we'll the only thing she knows from French is plus ET on vous , reason - well what could you expect from some one locked In a tower for 18 years. But she could understand animals pretty well. Especially when it comes to pascal or max.
Cassandra
She does not really needs to learn any language but is a great speaker. I don't have much info about her language skills... But she understands animals pretty well. Especially her pet owl.
