7. Too late

Tess immediately nodded like he was waiting for tun to ask. Tun got out of the car and went inside. Tess parked the car and came inside too. They both silently got inside the condo. Tun brought him water.

"Can I ask you something? " tess asked. Tun just nodded.

" Can I please stay the night? I Don't wanna face Talay's mother. I'm anxious.  "

Tun again nodded his head. He went inside the bedroom with tess following him.

"Go take a shower. I'll give you spare clothes" tun said as he opened the balcony door.

Tess stood under the water for a minute.  Thinking about why he was feeling things like these. He didn’t have feelings for him, did he? What did film mean by the way they looked at each other? These thoughts were eating tess up when tun knocked on the bathroom door.

"Are you okay?"
He realised he was taking a lot of time that's why tun got worried. At least he was worried. Tess got out of the shower with a towel hanging around his waist. Tun looked at tess when he heard the door opening. He knows It's not Tess's. He ran his eyes around Talay's body. Trying to imagine what Tess's body was like. Tess was taller than him, more muscular than him. He had abs and a perfect body. Tess had fierce eyes that used to turn soft for him. Tess had a perfect smile. Tess's voice was silky smooth.  A bit high in pitch than him. He found everything attractive.  Tess was attractive in his eyes. In fact, tess was attractive in everyone's eyes.

Tun pointed at the clothes neatly folded on the bed and walked to the bathroom. He shut the door and slid his back Against it.

"He is not yours, tun. He will never be. You don't have the right to fall in love again. You can't love him anymore.  He is out of your League in both universes.  " tun felt his eyes sting with ears. He let them fall.

After showering they both ate in peace. It Was already early in the morning.  They had to go to the set again. They decided to get some sleep.

"I'll sleep on the couch"

"Why? Do you feel uncomfortable sleeping in the same bed that's king-sized? " tun harshly criticized and tess hissed at those words.

" no. Let's go to sleep. " tess and tun lay in the same bed. Under the same blanket. Tess's mind was racing. He felt restless.  Tun wasn’t any better.

"Tess/tun"

They both turned their head to look at each other. They called each other names at the same time.

"I just wanted to say goodnight," tun said.

"And I wanted to request something. "

"What?

" Can you... Hug me? It's just I feel really lost. I don't think I can sleep without a hug." tun didn’t say anything just scooted closer to tess and laid his head on Tess's chest. Tun hears tess sigh in relief.  Tun was memorized by the heartbeat. It was beating fast when he first started hearing it. But now It's steady. He heard quiet snores coming from tess. Tun smiled thinking this is the closest he'll ever be to tess.

Tess was sitting next to the 2 managers whom he met the other day. They were gossiping about their actors. Milk shared that Tay had a big crush on somebody from the set but won't tell her. Love just shared how hard it was dealing with film. Honestly, tess felt bad for love. He has seen how rude film was.

"Talay tess us about puen. I've never heard you talk about him. " milk asked

"What should I talk about?" Tess said awkwardly.
