James
"Uh, miss? Can I have my change now?" I asked the girl behind the counter. She's literally flirting with me for almost fifteen minutes now.
Not now miss, not now.
She batted her eyelashes and gave me a flirty smile, "You kno-"
"Oh it's you," counter girl's facial expression dropped and became a scowl.
"M-me?" I pointed to myself, giving her a puzzled look.
She giggled, "No babe, her." She said, pointing at a person behind me.
Wait, did she just call me babe?
Ugh, nevermind.
I turned around to see who it was. There she was, standing near the door, looking as dumbfounded as I was.
"What are you doing here?" We asked in unison, giving each other weird stares.
I groaned, "No you go first!" We said in unison, again.
"No you!" We uttered at the same time.
I felt a light tap on my shoulder. I tilted my head and furrowed my brow, "W-what's going on?" Counter girl asked.
Ally cleared her throat, "Miss, just let me use your fucking toilet and you can continue whatever you were doing with this guy." She scoffed, while pointing at me.
I cleared my throat and mumbled, "Language."
Counter girl nodded, "Now," Allison paused and gave me a glare, "if you'll excuse me." She gave me one last glance and walked pass by me.
"Now, where were we?" Counter girl said while playing with a strand of her hair.
I rolled my eyes and groaned, "Keep the change."
"But le-"
"Keep the change!" I said, walking out of the shop without glancing back at her.
I stood at a post near the shop. I don't know why I'm waiting here for her, my instincts are just voluntarily telling me.
When the bell of the shop chimed, signalling someone just got out, I hurriedly spotted her and did my best to catch up with her.
Before she could even cross the road, I immediately grabbed her arm.
"What do you want?" She asked, without even looking at me.
I tightened my grip and turned her around. I locked my gaze with her but she immediately looked away.
"Ally, let's talk." She didn't answer.
"Ally.." I grabbed her chin carefully and tilted her head.
"Let's talk." I begged.
She glared at me and stood on her tippy toes until our faces were just a few inches apart. I could already feel her breathing. She leaned her face closer and closer and...

Ally
Our faces were just two inches apart (I guess) because I leaned in closer to him.
He got caught up by my actions when I just suddenly kicked his shin.
He winced while rubbing his knee. I smirked, "That's what you thought," and walked away.
I finally crossed the road when I heard someone calling my name. I quickly glanced to who it was and saw it was James catching up despite his currently bad knee.
