Chapter 11 : After the fight

Monday morning, 6 am

*dring dring*

Catra's phone rings

'It should be illegal to wake up this early for school' thought Catra

The feline looked at the bed that was right next to hers and noticed that Adora was not there

She was a little sad because after such a big fight, she would've liked to wake up with her favorite idiot next to her

She got up from the bed and suddenly she heard a knock on the door

Catra was excited, knowing exactly who might be coming so early in the morning to their dorm room

But to her surprise, it wasn't Adora who'd knocked on the door

Her legs started to shake and she had a little trouble breathing as she saw the man in front of her

'Is he here because I scratched Jake's eye?' the feline thought

The man had a suit and was very tall with a scary look in his eyes

"Good morning miss Horde." he said as he stared at the feline

"Good morning Mr. Prime" Catra replied

"Did you sleep well?" he said without a smile

"Uhm yeah, I think so"

"Unfortunately, I have some bad news for you and your roommate. We will need you to move out of this building and into another building with dorms, as this one needs some « renewal »"

"In other words, you're kicking us out of these dorms ?" she said

The dean did not answer

"No, you dumb child-"

Dean Prime took a deep breath, before continuing

"This will be temporary. And since your roommate is the star of the football team, your dorm room will be special."

"Alright then "

The dean stared at her for a moment and then left

Catra packed her stuff in her suitcase and took the rest of Adora's stuff

She left her dorm room and headed for the building with her new dorm room

The new room was much bigger than the old one

First, there were 3 rooms. Adora's room, Catra's room and a small living room with sofa and television

But there was still a kitchen for each pair of rooms

'This place is much better than our old dorm room' thought Catra as she admired the place

Catra started to unpack her stuff in her new room and put the bag with the rest of Adora's stuff in hers

After she finished unpacking everything, Catra left for class thinking that she would run into Adora there

The rumor that Catra had scratched Jake's eye and beat him up was all over the school, everyone was talking about it

In the hallways, most students were scared of Catra and others thought that a girl beating up a guy was sexy

During French class, taught by professor Jackson, all the students were looking at Catra

The feline's overdeveloped ears could hear the whispers the others were making

"She's so hot" whispered one student to another

"Did you see those nails? A girl that dangerous shouldn't be in our school"
