(Lawliets POV)

As I'm working I get a phone call and I see its Beyond,

(Call convo)

L- hello?

B- hi Lawliet, my computers are being a pain so I need to come to you, would you mind telling JJ so she can get out the flat

L- yes of course thank you for telling me, I'll ring when it's sorted

B- thank you

(End of call)

I stand up and walk to JJ's room, I knock on the door and walk in she's sat at her desk looking over the case, she turns round and looks at me,

She smiles and stand up, she puts her hands around my neck and I put my hands on her waist,

She pecks my lips,

"Hello Lawlie..."

"Hi JJ, Beyond wants to come over and sort out the case, and I wanted to warn you"

She pulls away and looks down, she sighs,

"How long has it been?"

"About a year now"

"I'll stay, I'm sure he wont hurt me again but if I feel uncomfortable then I'll leave..."

"Ok JJ, I love you"

She lifted her head and looked at me she smiled

"I love you too Lawlie"

"Ok I'll go tell him th-"

"No, don't tell him that I'm staying tell him what I usually do..."

"Ok"

I step forward and put my hand on her cheek, she puts her hands around my neck, I lean forward and our lips meet, it feels like fireworks and I love it, I pull away and smile,

"I need to get going JJ but you can sit with me if you like"

"Ok I'll go to my room when Beyond arrives"

"Ok"

(JJ's POV)

We walk out holding hands, I'm soo nervous but its time I face him, I sit next to Lawliet and watch how he does his work, he rang Beyond telling him,

A few minuets later and there's a knock at the door, I quietly run to my room, I hear Lawliet and Beyond talking in the living room,

After a few minuets I decide to come out, I quietly walk out and lean against the wall in the living room after a bout a minuet beyond realises im there,

"H-hello JJ..."

"Hi Beyond...it's been a while hasn't it?"

"Yes, yes it has"

I'm surprised at how strong I am,

"So whats the reason your here?"

"My computers gone down and I need to sort out some things with the case..."

"Oh ok, anything I can help with?"i say moving from the wall,

"You might be able to help my dear"

I smile a little and walk over to him, beyond watches my leg as I walk,

"Y-you have a l-limp...?"

"Yes I do"

He looks down

"I'm so so sorry...I-I should of warned you"

"Warned me of what??"

"I can go out of control every easily and I hate what I did to you and I'm so so so sorry I don't expect you to forgive me or even be my friend again, I'm not surprised your scared of me as I have also put R in a position that she's scared of me sometimes and I regret it all"

"You may if done all that, but I'm the one in the wrong, I'm the one who attacked you when I should of delt with it another way and I'm sorry for hurting you..."

"There's no need to be sorry..."

"But I am..."

A tear slipped out my eye, I walked over to him and hugged him, he gasped and Lawliet stood up in shock,

"Thing is im a nice person and were both in the wrong and both took some scars out of it all so I forgive you..."

He hugged me back and Lawliet sat back down,

"Thank you my dear and I am soo sorry and I don't think there's enough sorrys in the world for me to begin to show you how sorry I am..."

"I forgive you Beyond...I hope you can forgive me too"

"I forgive you too"

Some tears slipped out my eyes and Beyond wiped them away, we stood up and got some work done,

~~~~~~a few hours later~~~~~~

"I think that should be enough for today..."says Beyond

I nod and stretch,

"Beyond could you give me and Lawliet a minuet to talk?"

"Yes of course"and he walked out

"Is everything ok?"

"Yes I'm fine Lawlie, I was just wondering would you let me go home with Beyond as I really would like to see R?"

"Yes of course just make sure your safe and he doesn't hurt you"

"I know lawlie"

"Beyond you can come back in now"said lawliet

"Beyond could I come home with you as I really want to see R?"

"Yes of course"

I run to my room and grab a bag for my phone and purse,

(Beyonds POV)

I go to stand by the door when Lawliet pulls my arm and pulls his face to my ear,

"You touch her...your dead!!"

"I-I know..."

"Good"

And he lets go of me, I stand by the door, soon JJ comes back,

"Right ready Beyond??"

"Yes my dear"i smile,

"Bye Lawliet, love you"

"Love you too JJ keep safe"he glares at me

She pecks him on the lips and skips out the door, I follow her, we get to my car and I get in,

'I wonder what R will say...'

Soo what do you think and sorry I haven't put any death note bits in it but I cant find my book so I might have to put it on hold as I cant even make a makeshift scene so sorry please keep reading,
