The wither was getting lower and lower. Its health bar was nearly gone but so was Xae's. The Wither lashed out hitting Xae across the chest. "Xae", they heard Hels scream distantly. They collapsed.

I fell in your arms tonight

Before they hit the ground, they were caught by something warm. Their head lolled back, warm blood seeping through the cut in their chest.

I fell hard in your arms tonight

Hels clutched him to his chest trying desperately to stop the bleeding. The wither reared its head up about to release a wither skull.

It was nice

Xae grinned

I died in your arms tonight

With the last of their strength, they grabbed the knife from their belt and flung it directly in the wither's face. The wither died with a large bang, the nether star they came for going unnoticed.

I slipped through into the afterlife, it was nice

" Love you Helsie", Xae said before their head lolled back and their eyes glazed over. Hels clutched Xae's body to his chest, removing the helmet and sobbing into the white hair.

White light in your arms tonight

<EvilXisuma was slain by the wither>

<Xisuma: WHAT???>

<Wels: Hels are you ok???>

I lost sight in your arms tonight

Xae opened his eyes. The first thing they saw was a familiar symbol in front of them. The Watchers

It was nice

They were back with the watchers.

Hey, you, don't you think it's kinda cute, that I died, right inside your arms tonight.

The watchers surrounded them. The head watcher Xelqua informed them of their afterlife. They would be in charge of watching over Hels and Xisuma. They couldn't contact them unless something dangerous was going to happen to them.

That I'm fine even after I have died.

Xae stood there dumbfounded. They would still be able to see the two people they loved the most.

Because it was in your arms I died

Xae watched as Hels hugged their body, as Xisuma arrived and collapsed sobbing.

I cry in the afterlife

Xae felt tears form in the corner of their eyes as they watched.

I cry hard because I have died and your still alive

The tears flowed down their face as they watched Hels and Xisuma bury them. As Hels isolated himself from the other hermits and Xisuma sobbed each night.

I try to escape the afterlife

Xae starts to scream, going insane from watching them

But I try hard to get back inside your arms alive

Whenever Xae closes their eyes, memories come back. Hels warm embrace, their first kiss years ago, they yearn for it all back.

And hey, you, don't you think it's kinda cute

Xae watches for two years as Hels starts cutting himself, blaming himself for Xae's death.

That I tried to escape the afterlife

They watch as Xisuma starts to become reckless, not caring for their own safety as long as the other Hermits are okay.

That I tried to get back into your arms alive

Xae watches as Hels stands at the edge of the cliff, pondering whether or not they should jump off.

That I died in your arms that night

Xae watches as Hels steps off the cliff face, watches as Hels reaches out his hand, and practically cries when they are able to grab Hels' hand.

I fell hard in your arms tonight

<Helsknight fell from a high place>

<Wels: No No No please not Hels to>

<Xisuma: I'm going to find the body>

I went and died in your arms tonight

Xae clutched onto Hels not wanting to let him go. Hels pulled them into a kiss and despite being dead they could both feel it.

I fell in your arms tonight

Xae twirled him around before pulling Hels in for another kiss.

Suicide in your arms tonight

Back on the Hermitcraft server Xisuma and Wels had found Hels body. It was broken, bruised, and bloody from the fall. Wels and Xisuma picked it up and moved it to safer ground. Wels fell to the ground, staring at his brother's body. He sat there for hours before he eventually buried his body.

And hey, you, don't you think it's kinda cute

In the afterlife Xae and Hels watched their brother's cry.

That I died right inside your arms tonight

"Is this what you've been doing for the past few years"??? Xae nodded.

That I'm fine even after I have died

Hels noticed the cuts on Xae's arms. He noticed how much sadder they seemed and how they practically refused to let go of Hel's arm.

That I tried to escape the afterlife

Hels noticed how all his cuts were on the same arm as Xae's and in the same position as well. "Did I do that to you", Hels asked?

That I tried to get back in your arms alive

Xae nodded sadly." Every time you hurt yourself, the watchers transferred the pain to me", they whispered. Hels kissed him gently, pulling him close to his chest.

That I died in your arms tonight

"I'm so sorry Xae", he whispered into the kiss. Xae kissed him back fiercely before pulling away." Don't blame yourself Helsie, they whispered, you could never really hurt me". Then they were kissing, short and sweet, Xae practically melting into Hels touch. How they had both missed this.

I fell in your arms tonight

Hels hugged the smaller male to his body as they watched Xisuma on the large screen.

I died in your arms tonight

The watchers had hurt Xae. They had kept him in this room for two years.

I died in your arms tonight

Hels couldn't imagine what it must have been like for Xae.

I fell in your arms tonight

But as Xae pulled him into the kiss Hels knew everything would be ok. They were together again, and nothing would ever separate them.
