Chapter 20: Let it burn

~Sky's P.O.V~
"Ty!!" He fell..he fell before my very eyes. "Ty!" I ran back and fetched him. I can't leave him, we've gone this far, and i'm not backing down now. Not without a fight. I ran to his unconscious body and fell to my knees, i quickly lifted him up bridal style and closed my eyes, focusing on the vision of the portal. The guys always knows that i will be alright, i have done this a billion times to let them down. Just as i was about to teleport i felt a sharp pain on my shoulder. I fell to the ground, dropping Ty at the process
I gasped and tried to crawl to him but then i felt a great weight on my left foot that almost made it crack "aaggh!!!!" I screamed and groaned. I looked back and saw Ty's father, glaring at me, his eyes full of anger, i felt a pang of fear for my life, but this isn't about me, this is all about saving Ty. "You!" He screeched and shot up to the air and attempted to crush me, i swear i could see a lightning go off behind him for a split second.
Just then, my reflexes reacted weirdly, i closed my eyes and teleported just a few meters away from him, he brought his hands down on the ground un intentionally, while he was distracted, i used that chance to limp my way towards Ty, my foot hurt but i have to get through this, i have to get Ty out of here.
I picked him up bridal style and made a run for it, the pain in my foot was unberable but i have seemed to forgot that it was even there.
Now, all i have to do is get to the freaking portal.

~Sky's P.O.V~
After some time of limping my way towards the portal, i finally saw the guys in the distance, they waved me over and i felt a great wave of relief hit me. I continued limping, i didn't notice that my foot was already bleeding, but i don't care, i have to make it through this. Ty will be safe with me, and we'll be together.
"Sky! Hurry! The portalis closing!" Seto yelled trying to keep the portal open, delaying it's time to close up on us, Mitch and Jerome ran towards me, Mitch took Ty away from me while Jerome tried to help me walk a bit faster "come on Sky, we're almost there,it's almost over. Don't give up now, buddy" i felt a single tear fell from my eyes at the thought of Ty, the arrow that hit him left a huge open wound, a bleeding one to be exact.
"Come on come on come on!!" I closed my eyes as we descended down the portal, down to the darkness.
