Chapter 17

Niall's P.O.V-
I still couldn't quite believe it; she was mine. Tee and I were on our way back from our first date as girlfriend and boyfriend. Every opportunity I have I will refer to her as my girlfriend.

We're currently walking back to my car our hands entwined. Glancing over at Tee I was in awe of her beauty. The way the dim light from street lights illuminated her face and when I made her laugh her little dimples showed. I stopped walking and Tee turned around confusion creeping it's way over her face.

"Is something wrong Niall?" She asked skeptically. I simply shook my head and moved a stray piece of her hair from her face,

"You're just so beautiful baby." I say moving closer towards her lips not caring that I was so cheesy. When they connect the feeling is indescribable. It's more than just butterflies, the whole street just came to a standstill. It was just Tee and I, nothing else mattered. We were so engulfed in the kiss that we were left breathless as we pulled away. Silence filled the air: no words needed to be said. Our feelings towards shared between the two of us were just shown in the kiss. We slowly continued making our way to my car.

Everything about tonight had been perfect not a single fan had seen us; which is a relief as we are certainly not ready for the relationship to go public. It was moments like this I was so thankful for how everything has turned out.

Eventually we arrived back to Tee's apartment and Tee had gone to her room to get changed whilst I got us snacks. It was comforting that we were able to come back to hers as it's clear she isn't trying to use me for who I am or what I have. Quietly humming to myself I took the snacks into the living room and laid out the blankets on the sofa. Tee came in her comfortable clothes and still looked breath taking We were about to sit and cuddle when there was a knock at the door.

"Stay there, I'll get it." I said giving her a quick kiss on the forehead and she nodded and snuggled further into the blanket.

Quickly I plodded over to the door and turned on the hallway light. If I'm honest I'm quite baffled who would be at the door and even more so when I see Luke standing in front of me. Surprisingly Luke looked as shocked as I did which confuses me further as everyone knows that I'm seeing her.

"Hey Luke can I help you?" I asked raising an eyebrow, how does he know where

"Oh um I just wanted err no the boys and I just wanted to congratulate Tee," he said gesturing to the bouquet in his hands, "but if you guys are busy then it's fine I'll just come back." He finished red snaking its way up his neck.

"No no come in man it's so nice that you guys are making an effort with her." He nods and follows me taking his shoes off at the door. I take the flowers from Luke whilst he greets Tee and try to find a vase.

I unwrap the flowers and place them in the a vase and collect all the rubbish. As I do this a little card falls on the ground from the flowers, it had no envelope so the message was clearly visible,

Tegan,
I know I messed up badly but I still love you,
Please give me another chance?
Love Luke xox
Instantly the colour drained from my face, is this some sort of sick joke? Why did Tee not tell me about this. We all went bowling together and she some how deemed it acceptable to keep this hidden. I had also helped Luke when he was a dick to his previous girlfr- Oh shit no!

Everything seemed to finally click into place. Luke cheating, Tee crying on the plane and Cal, Mikey and Ash all recognising her at bowling. Fuck that's why she acted so odd that night. They all knew, every single one of them, yet all of them decided to keep it from me.

I do not understand how Luke had the audacity not tell me and how Tee felt as though she didn't have to tell me. Now here they both were all cosy in the living room that they probably used to do god knows what.

I stay in the kitchen long enough to cool down. I'm not going to confront them about it, I'll make them share their dirty little secret. I hear Tee quitely walk into the kitchen and grabs my hand and walks be back into the living room.

Tee sits back down on the sofa where Luke has conviently made himself comfortable. I close my eyes and count to three just to refrain myself from hitting him. I smirked over at him has I lifted Tee up and onto my lap on the cair which was clearly meant for one. I heard Luke sigh and run his hand through his his pefect hair.

Insecurity was running through my mind. Clearly she was in love with him and I'm just a rebound so, obviously she would want to get back with him. I mean look at him, he is so much better than me, he even has a lip piercing for christs sake! Snap out of Niall she is your girlfriend now.

"So Luke how come the other boys didn't come with you tonight? You know seeing as the flowers were from all of you." I asked still keeping Tee as close as possible.

Luke gulped, "Oh erm they all wanted to go out and get some girls and I wasn't in the mood so I offerred to bring them. You know how unreliable deilvery can be these days."

He chuckled nervosuly and he should be nervous as he is blissfully unaware that I know,

"Oh you didn't want to go out thats odd. You are single now considering you cheated on your last girlfriend, what was her name again?" I felt Tee tense beneath and it it made it painfully clear that was not a joke.

Lukes gaze fell on Tee who was now figgiting with the blanket over the both of us.

"Niall don't be a dick it's clearly a touching subject." Tee defended. Could this night get any worse? I bit the inside of my mouth and looked down at the girl I was so infatuated with,

"Sorry I didn't mean to offend you," I lied through my teeth and Luke nodded reassuringly his gaze still never leaving Tee's, "Did you know that me and Tee are officially girlfriend and boyfriend now, isn't that great?" I beamed and kissed Tee who did not recipricate the kiss.

"What?!" Luke stammered looking desperatly at Tee for some sort of explanation.

"Niall now's not a great time for this..." Tee murmered.

"Why the hell not Tee? Have you got something to hide? What about you, got anything to share." I shouted at the both of them,

"Why are you being like this dude?" Luke asks,

"Are you kidding me right now. Neither of you are going to own up to this. Neither of you are going to tell me that you used to date?" I choked out trying hard not to cry,

The tension in the room was ridiculously high right now. Tee took a step closer to me and tried to interlock our hands but I refused.

"Niall can we erm discuss this alone in the kitchen?" Tee whispered with watering eyes,

"Why do it privatly Tee, evidently we're all one big fucking family who fuck each other."

Lol soz we're the shittest writers in the world and have no real excuse for not uploading because we didn't revise for our exams. We will try our hardest to get back to regularly updating.
