Victoria's P.O.V.
We were finally in California; it was so different than Michigan. Barbara said her friends got here last night, and two of her guy friends were picking us up at the airport. Barbara ran towards these two guys who looked like they could be siblings.
"Hey Nash and Hayes, this is my sister Victoria." Barbara pushed my slightly forward
"Tori." I send a short glare at my sister.
I noticed Hayes wouldn't stop staring at me. We walked out to the car, we shoved our bags in the trunk. Barbara and Nash were up front and Hayes was in the back with me.
We then drove to their apartment; I then was introduced to the rest of the guys. I sat down by Barbara, Abby sat beside me asking if I thought Hayes was attractive, I slightly nodded and blushed. Everyone was on their phones, so I pulled out mine and texted Barbara who was next to me. Once she got it she looked at me and stifled a laugh.
Abby, Lacey, Veronica, Jack G, and Dillion went and got pizza for dinner. I hung out with Hayes as the other boys talked, we were out on the patio talking. We had a lot in common actually, he would crack jokes and at one point I stole his snapback and ran inside. I hid behind the guys, and Hayes ran around looking for me.
After 20 minutes of hiding I sat up in-between the guys who were dying of laughter.
"Victoria!" He crossed his arms and stared at me. I tossed him his hat and pouted, soon afterwards my sisters and her friends came in with pizza.
"Pizza!" We all yelled. For the rest of the night, we ate pizza and watched movies til about 3 in the morning.
~The Next Day~
Barbara, Abby, Lacey, and Veronica invited me out to go get Frozen Yogurt. Barbara got chocolate and mint, I ending up with salted caramel which was amazing! We all sat down and it was quiet at first until Abby asked me something.
"So you and Hayes?"
"What...!" I pretended to act surprised.
"I saw you two cuddling last night." Barbara looked at me.
"So?" I looked down at my Fro-yo.
"So you two are so cute together!" Veronica blurted out. I found myself blushing.
"Awe, I remember when Dillon asked me out. He was visiting, we went to South Haven Beach for the day, and as the sun was setting he asked me. It was so cute!" Abby was smiling.
"What about you Veronica?" I asked.
"Well Brent made me a video and sent it to me. It was about his feelings for me, and at the end he called me his Queen and he would be my King.." Her's was cute, it was simple but sweet.
"Well Jack asked me the day we left to go home from Detroit, but we didn't make it official until the day he posted it on Twitter." Lacey pulled up the tweet and showed it to me. I already knew how Shawn asked Barbara, it was late one night and he sung her a song and asked her out once he finished.
Maybe Hayes would do something cute like that but I don't even know if he likes me.
