He turned to Naira "married?" Naira could feel the tears sting behind her eyes.

"But nothing! She has a husband, you are selfish Naira " spat Meera. Kartik was lost for words.
"K-kartik" Naira went to hold his hand.
"Just leave me" he said and stormed off.

"I did know you Naira but right now i care only about my brother i didn't know you could hurt him so badly" she said and walked off.
Naira wiped her tears and left too.
She saw her driver's car and went.
"Madam, badi memsaab has kept a puja you will have to stay home from college tomorrow"
Naira nodded "Like i have a choice" she said then told the driver something.
Kartik was pacing his room
"I don't believe this marriage thing i know how she was with me"
"It must have all been lies then" said Meera
"No! It can't be, why did you have to get involved" he yelled.
"Because i..i am shocked too but Naira can be selfish okay so i think you should just keep your distance" she said.
"I need to speak with her and i need some answers" he said
"What can be the reason? She played with your feelings, what else?" said Meera.
"Meera please just go.." he said
"Fine let me know if you need anything" she said

"If that is true then where is she? Why isn't she here explaining her side of things" said his sister.
After half an hour a knock came on the door.
"Kartik..but he walked away she came in and shut the door.
"Why Naira?" He turned to her
"Fantasy Kartik i told you repeatedly, remember?"
He sighed
"I am married, yes but am i in love then the answer is No!"
"What does that even mean?" He said
"I wanted to feel real love Kartik and..
"So what my feelings were some sort of an experiment? oh just go Naira" he said, Without a word further Naira left.
She came a day later to college due to personal reasons.
She went to her class but no one would talk to her. "You're married but didn't tell anyone?" Said one girl.
Naira stayed quiet and ignored such comments the whole day but they just got worse.
"Meera you did this?" She said and Meera turned to her.
"You hurt my brother so i don't think i did anything wrong..
"How is he?" Naira asked but she ignored her and walked off.
Kartik did not attend the lecture. "Kartik" she called, opening the room with the spare key.
"Kartik" she came and saw him sitting on the sofa.
"Naira?" He said getting up
"Kartik everyone knows i am married i have been called all sorts today how am i going to continue my studies here?"
