Chapter 27

Everyone gasped as soon as she confessed about her real identity. The worry and fear in Belinda's face was so visible but she managed to act normal.

"You're just saying that Tasia, napaka desperada mo—" and then Tasia hand her ID to Belinda.

"Last week papa and I fix my name. They recognized me as their daughter." She uttered. Belinda and Henry look at the ID and it really does say Anastasia G. Marcos.

"No!" Belinda screamed. Henry's eyes widen as he looks at Tasia and saw the resemblance between Leni and Tasia.

"Ba- bakit ngayon mo lang sinabi!" Henry exclaimed. Tasia shrugged, "I'm not in hurry unlike the two of you. Buhay pa ang nanay ko pinag aagawan niyo na ang kompanya!" She exclaimed.

Belinda's about to slap her but Anton block her hand. "You have no rights to hurt the CEO of this company. Guards!" Anton screamed.

Henry and Belinda looks so scared. "No! Nasakin ang rights! Binigay sakin ng government ang kaparatan!" Belinda screamed.

"Just leave Belinda. Umalis kana habang may natitira pa akong respeto sayo dahil kapatid ka ng nanay ko." Tasia uttered sharply.

Belinda glare at her and then she slowly walk away knowing that she's been humiliated. She opted to leave the building instead of the guards forcing her.

Tasia sighed feeling the satisfaction of winning and also the fear of what's coming next for her and her parents.

Leni went to Malacañang to surprise Bong with the food that she cooked. Their relationship is already out so she doesn't mind seeing people her relationship with Bong in public.

But something's different that day. Everyone's whispering while looking at her and it confuses her since this is not the first time that these people saw her inside the Malacañang.

She reached Bong's office, knocked on his door then he open it. She saw the frustration in his face but as soon as he lends his eyes on her, he relaxed.

"Hi mahal ko..." he said then wrap his arms around her. "Oh pagod ka?" She asked.

He nodded, Leni went inside his office. "Mahal, a —" Bong scratched his head. "Alam mo ba yung nangyari sa company ngayon?" Leni look puzzled.

"Why? What happened?" Bongbong took his phone then hand it to her. Leni watch the video of Tasia throwing out Belinda in her company. She laughed hysterically when she saw the look on Belinda's face.

"Anak ko nga ito" she said proudly. Bongbong grinned, "mahal, alam na ng mga tao na anak natin si Tasia"

"So?" Leni asked.

Bongbong approached her, hold her waist, "mahal, i love you" he said softly. Leni smiled, "i love you too Bong"

Bongbong put his face on her neck, "baka may biglang pumasok" Leni whispered.

"Ako ang biglang papasok sayo" he answered that made Leni giggled. "Sweetheart, are you even ready to answer all of the questions about Tasia?" Bongbong asked. They both stop and stare at each other.

"Why should I answer anyone's question? I'm not a public person"

"Yes you are, you are my partner. You are as good as the Philippines first lady." Leni frowned but she still held Bong's hand.

"Bong, I don't think —" Bongbong cuts her off.

"Sweetheart, the ring is still in my pocket. I told you that I will marry you sa kahit na saang simbahan diba." Leni felt her heart melt. She wants to cry and held his hands forever.

"Oh, bat ka umiiyak?" Bongbong asked then wipe her tears. "Hindi lang ako maka paniwala na kaharap kita ngayon, subtly proposing marriage without even kneeling or showing the ring. Tanging pag mamahal mo lang ang pinakikita mo" she said.

He smiled at her then kiss her forehead, "I know that you don't like grand gestures."

Leni nodded, "I will marry you Bong, of course I will" she said. Bongbong kiss her, put his hand on his pocket then shows her the ring.

Leni laughed, "hind talaga nawala sa pocket mo ha"

"Yeah" then Bongbong wear the ring on hee finger.

"Should we tell Tasia?" Bongbong asked. "Yes, I want her first to know about this"

"So future Mrs. Marcos, wala bang pa early honeymoon si Mr. President dyan?" Leni laughed then playfully slap him. "Loko ka talaga"

"Gusto ko ng baby agad." Bongbong whispered. Leni snort that made Bongbong laughed hysterically.

Then he started kissing her neck softly. "Dun na tayo sa bahay mahal ko, huwag dito" Leni whispered. Bongbong rest his head on her chest in disappointment.

"Okay..." he whispered.

Tasia open the door of their house, she saw Leni and Bong sitting on the couch while eating snack. "Hello po" she blessed to them then sit on the arm chair.

"Kumain kana ba?" Leni asked, Tasia nodded, "kumain na po kami ni Anton sa office." Leni frowned at the mention of Anton.

"Napapadalas ata ang pag sasama niyo ni Anton" Leni said then Tasia rolled her eyes.

"Ma...—"

"I'm just saying, sinabi ko na sayo noon ha. Babaero yan si Anton baka mamaya umiyak ka dyan Anatasia" Leni uttered

Tasia frowned, "Pa!" She exclaimed while looking at them. Bongbong scratch his head, he's now accustomed to Leni and Tasia fighting over everything.

"What?! Sinasabi ko lang naman sayo" Leni started to raise her voice.

"There's nothing going on between me and Anton mama"

"For now, yes. Eh paano sa susunod na linggo?" Bongbong hold Leni's hand to make her stop.

"Ma, wala naman akong gusto kay Anton"

"Ikaw wala, siya meron" Bongbong grip her hand to make her stop again but it looks like that Leni's not planning to back down.

"Naku, buti nalang naalala kong nanay kita" Tasia stood up and walks away.

"And I should be thankful?!" Leni screamed sarcastically but Tasia already went upstairs.

"Mahal..." Bongbong uttered. "What?! I just want to protect her. Baka mamaya lokohin siya ni Anton no, kahit anong galing nun sa kompanya hindi ko siya gusto para sa anak natin"

"Leni, wala tayong karapatan na mangeelam sa love life ng anak natin. Advice lang ang pwede nating ibigay pero at the end of the day sya ang mag dedesisyon at hindi tayo" Lwni stay silent.

She thought that this is why she's scared to be a mom because she doesn't know how to handle this kind of situation.

Now she's questioning everything.

She's even questioning if she can handle to be the President's wife.
