The day we met was an unusual day, id been transferred to your school, and you unexpectedly caught my eye. You reminded me of someone, I couldn't quite put my finger on who, but you certainly did
I didn't know your name, frankly I was too scared to ask, but, to my surprise, we'd been grouped together for a group assignment, that is when I came to know you, the first boy to have ever caught my eye so fast... chuuya Nakahara.
As the abnormally long day went on, we constantly, coincidentally got paired together for many things, you though I was smart, I thought you were intriguing, you constantly held up this mask, as if you were trying to hide yourself from the world, as if you were afraid of being hurt, and in all honesty I don't blame you, I did the same.

I found myself putting trust in you, I don't know what compelled me to do so, but I did, you had a mysterious look in your eyes every time I saw you, Like they were urging to tell me something, your smile was subtle and unique, but it was one of the most beautiful, welcoming and comforting thing id ever seen, I saw myself being happy with you, whether it were being academic partners, friends or god knows, maybe even lovers.
One thing I knew I would've had to keep from you, in order to actually be able to have you in my life, was my past, I couldn't let you in on that dark, destroyed part of myself, id promised to keep that part of myself secret in my new school, I couldn't loose anyone else, if that area of my being were to ever show itself again, I don't know what id do with myself, I wouldn't know what id do to you...

As the day came to a close, I left feeling an emotion I hadn't felt in what felt like decades, I felt something along the lines of happiness. I don't know whether that feeling was at your own accord or if I were mistaking the feeling.
