Chapter 04: Playing With Fire

Two days later from the date, Bright was still stuffed in paper work that he promised his father in exchange for the date and the boy yawned as he looked at the clock which indicated 7.30 PM.

He had been working for 8 hours straight that he didn't even realise the time was passing by and now that he took his head away from them, he could feel the exhaustion hitting him.

The paper work was finally done so at least, he was really glad about it. Because from tonight, he will have to prepare for the mission and he wanted to make sure he was totally focused on it.

Just then, his phone binged and a small smile crept over his lips. He made sure nothing distracted him but except his dear nuisance, of course.

Bright: I finished just now. I am
off to that meeting I told you. Won't be able to contact you much after this.

Win: You are all good. I won't
be available from tomorrow night
either. Duty sucks!
