Friendship can shatter just like glass
And somehow time just seems to pass
But time can never repair the past
And all the pain comes back so fast
Why does friendship come back to bite you
And memories come back to fight you
It always seems that I will lose
And now I'm deep down in the blues
I guess this is all just one big test
To see which friends stay the best
This all seems way to hard to swallow
But some friendships just stay so hollow
Friendship is just like a game
And others feel just the same
Oh when will a find a trusted crew
I wish I could find a friend that's true
