Scenario: A nightmare.
Her fingers felt numb from typing for hours.
She looked at the corner of the laptop and read the time.
00:10
Yawn. She felt so sleepy but she still needed to finish her words so she started to type again.
Sleep.
She stopped and looked up in question, "huh?"
Nothing, just a pitched black room with dead eerie sound.
"Hm... Maybe it was nothing." She shook her head and started to type again.
Just after a few seconds, she heard a crackling sound, she paused.
Suddenly, she smelt a strong scent and it was getting stronger and stronger, to a point it was unbearable.
SLEEP!
That was definitely louder.
In a fright, she knocked the laptop from her lap and got up from her bed as she frantically looked around.
"W-W-Who was that?"
She felt a presence, a disgusting presence.
An oddly shaped hand was placed on her arm and she screamed in terror.
"G-Get off of me!"
She could not see tha-that thing but she did not want stay there any longer. So she ran towards her door and closed it shut.
She sighed in silent. She quickly took a glimpse behind her, and she was stunned as her eyes widened.
It was an empty hallway of some kind, and it was too dark.
She heard a screeching sound behind her, she screamed as she turned around and sure enough, its hand burst through the door.
She span around, already guessing what will happen if she stood there and ran down the hallway.
She ran.
And ran.
And ran.
It felt so endless, as if there was no beginning.
Why...
Why can't I see the light?
Please...
She looked behind her and saw that thing was getting closer.
Please...
She started to run faster.
Please...
She almost fell over but she pushed herself against wall and kept on running.
Please...
Sure enough, she finally saw a door.
Please save me.
She opened the door and a bright light shone over her eyes.
...Tsk.
I woke up and felt a throbbing pain on the top of my head.
I got up and groaned in pain. I also felt parched. The heck?
I saw my sister staring at me.
"What?"
She looked away for a second before looking back at me.
"I think you couldn't breathe because all the blanket was pushed up to your neck, so I took it off... And you were sweating a little. So yeah." She said while she got up and left the room.
I processed what she said for a second and gripped the blanket that was apparently choking me to death.
"Thanks for the dream."
I laid back down and rubbed my eyes.
I sighed.
"...Nightmare."
