Scenario: A journey to a hidden destination.
She thought to herself what an odd place.
She stood in the middle of a road. All she could see was a wide road with railings and a dark forest surrounding it.
It was strange.
Honestly, it gave Twilight vibes or Teen Wolf vibes, and she wasn't scared.
Expecting the expected is far, much less scarier than not expecting the expected.
Perhaps that's what she wanted, to be killed by a mythical creature rather than being torn apart by society.
A loud horn startled her as she span around and saw a large truck in front of her.
"Oi! Do you want to die or what?! Get off ******* the road!" A man barks at her, and she just stumbled off to the side of the road.
He scoffed and mumbled, "These stupid brats need to ******* stop coming in front of my trucks."
He tsked and looked at her. "Do you want a ride or what? I am not coming back."
She looked at the man, a little confused.
This wasn't a dream?
She nodded at him, and he rolled his eyes.
"Well, hurry up then."
And... Again, what a strange dream.
She felt the cold breeze passing by her as the truck went down the road.
Was this a wise choice? Even though it is a dream?
She looked at a rustic looking man. He had a short beard with few white hair strands and blonde hair, wearing a black cap.
"Where are you getting off? I am not taking you out of town unless you have the money." The man literally went straight to the topic, huh.
She also would like to know... Where will her journey end?
She opened her mouth to talk, but nothing.
What?
She tried to talk again, but no sound was coming out.
How odd.
"Ah, so you're a mute kid. Why the **** are you out here alone? Tsk. You made this a little difficult, eh?"
He tsked again and started to drive a bit smoothly.
"I'm going to the nearest police station and drop you off there. They will handle you. Are you alright with that?"
She nodded.
She sat there quietly and wondered what's happening.
The car came to a stop and she looked up and saw the police station. "Alright, we're here. Come on now."
She nodded and took off her seatbelt and got off the car.
She looked up and saw a church. She was standing two feet away from a church.
She blinked in confusion and turned around, however the man and his truck vanished.
She gulped in nervousness and slowly turned around, startled by the sound of heavy doors opening.
The wind was pretty strong, huh?
In her mind, she knew how this could end, but she had no fear because fear was our biggest enemy, and it could consume you whole, like a monster.
She took a deep breath in and slowly approached the agar doors.
She gripped the side of the door and poked her head in for a quick scan. After inspecting the empty church hallway, she stepped inside.
The chancel must be through this door.
As she closed in the distance between her and the door, she span around in shock.
It was like someone blew into her ears.
Her fists tightened and gulped.
There was no one here... Right?
She turned around and walked towards the room and stared in awe.
It was so beautiful.
However, she saw something.
At the altar, there happened to be a coffin.
Curious, she walked towards it as she got closer, the more anxious she got.
Why?
Why was she so afraid?
Maybe because she did not want to see someone she knew.
Death is bound to happen, but one shouldn't wish to die because life is a gift, and so is the now.
She slowly approached the body, her eyes automatically shut, taking in slow breaths.
She slowly opened them and was stunned to see the body.
It was her.
She was dressed in soft frill dress, with her off-tone skin, almost turning blue. There were pink rose petals all around her, the coffin and the alter. She looked like a painting.
No...
She looked familiar but... That was not her.
She was not her.
It was... you.
I woke up.
I blinked a few times and got up.
I yawned as I rubbed my eyes.
I just sat there, staring at the wall.
I looked to my left and saw my sister staring at me.
"What?"
She turned around and muttered, "You're weird."
"Huh? What do you mean?"
"You talk to yourself when you sleep."
I blinked.
"Oh... Did I disturb you?"
"No," she yawned. "I was already awake when you were talking. I was going to wake you up, but I thought, maybe she's having a nice dream... I guess not."
She started to get up and looked at me. "Are you going to the bathroom?"
"No, maybe later."
"Okay."
She left the room, and I laid back down.
I sighed, "that was such a dumb dream... What was it even about?"
I rolled over, unlocked my phone, and played Golden Hour by Jvke.
