it's time <33 prepare for all the emotions.

louis sucked in a deep breath and stared at his reflection in the mirror.

guests are still piling in one by one or in groups. they're finding their seats and taking opportunities to say hello to friends. granted it's a small wedding with not many people to witness the event, but it still makes him nervous.

he's not sure what's more anxiety riddling — the fact everyone knows he's in love with harry and is now publicly professing it and getting the government involved (how embarrassing) or the fact that he's meeting harry's sister today. they've talked over facetime and they have eachother's numbers now so they can keep in contact, but this will be his first actual face to face meeting with her. does she still look identical to her brother in person? is her daughter with her? is she shorter than harry?

everyone's shorter than harry. he's six foot one for god's sake. he grew an inch since getting arrested.

"harry's acting just like you right now."

louis turned around, eyes widening when he saw her. "gem."

"hi," gemma smiled. "he won't shut the fuck up. i'm gonna cut his tongue out."

they could honestly be twins. looks and personality wise.

"you look so cute," harry's sister then said, heels echoing in the dressing room as she walked toward louis. she adjusted the top of the zipper to his dress with a soft smile. "there you go."

"what has he been saying?"

"he wants to see you. but that's bad luck, old wives tale and all."

they've been apart for two days. the first day was easy because he went shopping with his mum and had a spa treatment with her and zayn. the second day was a bit harder because harry knew exactly where he was and how to get there but he wasn't allowed to come. there was (literally) a bodyguard sitting on liam's porch just to be on the lookout for harry. they've talked on the phone, but that was it. the last time they saw eachother in person was for the wedding rehersals on sunday.

"he did want me to tell you he loves you," gemma added. "and that your bum looks great."

"he's obsessed with my bum," louis groaned.

"can you blame him?"

"no."

"alright then. you said zayn is doing your makeup, right? and miss jessie is doing your hair?"

louis nodded. "just some touch ups. zayn found his highlighter finally. and jess wanted to put flowers in."

"pretty," gemma commented. "come here. give me my hug."

louis squeezed the life out of her, thanking her for flying in to be with her brother on his big day.

"mama!"

gemma peeled away from the hug to turn and see her daughter, who was running straight for her legs. "addy, what did i tell you about running?"

addy looks just like gemma but with red hair. holy shit.

"say hi to your uncle lou," she said softly, kissing her cheek.

addy looked up at louis with bright eyes. "hi."

"hi, sweetheart," louis cooed. "you're so pretty."

"can you say thank you?" gemma bounced the young girl on her hip.

addy nodded and said 'tanks' before reaching for the flower pinned to her mum's dress.

"we gotta finish up, okay? mummy will be out soon," gemma kissed her head. "kip?"
