I was recording in my home studio, working hard times a million trying to get this album done and right.

Everyone was here today, watching me. Skylar's always here since she's my assistant, but the rest of the gang joined today as well.

I then stopped, and Skylar stopped the recording for me.

I took a deep breath and said "What y'all think?"

Remy gave me two thumbs up and said "KILLED IT!"

"You sound so pretty." Nicole said poking her bottom lip out and I smiled.

"Aww thank you darling." I said.

"That one long deep note gave me chills, look" Skylar said holding her arm up.

"Oh my gosh" I said laughing.

"You killed it, you ain't even gotta ask us" Kamal said pulling Skylar down on his lap and I smiled saying "Thanks Mal"

Roddy walked in, with weed for him, Kamal, and Remy and he brought in water bottles for all of us.

"How was it baby?" He asked me.

"It was good so far, about to finish it" I said.

"Aight, and yo new engineer is on the way" Roddy said.

"Okay great! Thank you honey" I said, he gave me a quick kiss before he sat down saying "No problem"

"Okay, can you start the beat for me Skylar?" I asked her.

"Of course" She said getting up from Kamal's lap, and she walked over to the computer, and she pressed it for me.

I bobbed my head slightly till it was time to start back, and I began singing, seeing Roddy, Remy and Kamal starting to roll up their weed.
