nah because this man is such a big softie when it comes to tiny, he'll literally melt the moment she touches him...

So maybe it's been a rough day, he comes home, muscles sore and aching and he finds her in their bed all curled up with her phone out.

She doesn't hear him because of her airpods but the way she's humming along with her music, it's makes him smile at the sight. Even more when she gasps when he hugs her in surprise.

He hasn't changed yet, so he's messy. So, it's a little expecting when her face contorts when he sees bruising on his jaw and dirt and grime stuck to his face.

She doesn't really need to say anything before they're making their way to their bathroom where Bucky helps her strip her clothes off. Despite his own that are dirty, there's always an unspoken rule between them that he's the only one who ever gets to remove her clothes.

She never complains, only smiles up at him in pure innocence to his mission. She never asks, either. They never do until the other one is ready to speak, only then, if it's a serious injury or trauma, they keep shut.

She's always in the shower first, he always makes sure of that. Then he's next, the water showers on his back and she grins up at him. "I've missed you."

He cups her face in his palm and she leans willingly against it with a sigh. "Me too."

And when the water just gets to the right temperature, he moves out of the way. The water easily cascades down her body and there's a sigh of relief when it hits her.

She doesn't stay long under the shower. She always does this when he gets back. She's always the one who cleans him. She uses his favourite shower gel, the purple one that makes him smell like lavender.

But his favourite part out of all of this?

When she washes his hair. Sure, sometimes she might have to use a stool to each his head, but she doesn't mind. She loves the innocent whimper he lets out when she gets a good spot on his head. It makes her giggle at that.

Sometimes, they talk about their day. This time, Tiny talks about hers with a smile.

"I baked cookies today."

Bucky raised a brow at this despite her inability to see it. "Yeah? What kind, honey?"

"Just chocolate chip." She runs her fingers through his soapy hair. It's getting long, maybe some time he'll let her cut it, just a little bit. "But I bought those red and pink heart M&Ms at Target to put in."

"Did you save some?"

Tiny almost let a scoff at the question. "Of course! What kind of girlfriend do you think I am?"

He chuckles. "Only the best kind."

"Sap. But I did save some. Made sure to store it in my room because I know Tony is going to steal it and put the blame on Morgan."

"Oh, I'm sure."

When she finishes, she always makes sure to give one quick kiss. She claims it's for luck. She joked once that all her love is what helps make his hair grow long and healthy.

Well, Bucky can't argue with that.
