Love In The Dark - Re Writing!

Aemond leaves to go grab something of his in his rooms while I pack my things.

Once I'm finished packing I grab my stuff and start walking as fast as I can to Aemonds room.

I hear screams and I see bodies and blood. I stop as soon as I hear Syrax. I drop my things and run outside to see my mother and Daemon on their dragons.

They land near me and hop down. Mother runs up to me and grabs me, pinching me as if she's checking that I'm real.

"You're alive?" She asks.

"Yes, why wouldn't I be?" I look at her confused.

"You never responded to my letter and Otto's still alive. Alicent told me you jumped out of your windows." She says breathlessly and then she and Daemon both hug me with all of their strength.

"I couldn't respond, Otto found the guard and he threatened to kill me and the babe." I said.

"Babe?" Daemon asks.

I smile and grab their hands placing them both on my stomach.

Rhaenyra smiles but Daemon seems unsure. He's about to say something before we hear more screaming and running from inside the castle.

"What's going on?" I ask.

"Chaos." Daemon says.

"You need to get out of here. Far away." Daemon forces my eyes to his.

"I'm serious, Rhane. You have to leave." He lets go of my face and slightly nudges for me to go.

"I have to get Aemond first!" I yell before I run back into the castle against my parents demands.

I grab the sides of my dress and lift it so I don't trip while I'm running.

I make my way to Aemond's room and sneak in, closing the door behind me. Once I turn around I see Aemond tied to a chair.

I ran over to him undoing the ties.

"You have to leave!" He pleads. "They're going to kill you." He hugs me tightly. "Please leave."

"No, I won't leave you. I can't be alone again, Aemond." I say tears starting to fall.

"I'll find you. I will, I promise you that." He grabs my hands and kisses them.

"GO!" He yells.

I let go of his hands and ran out of the room, I heard him take out his sword. I look back to see him watching me run.

I'm almost out of the castle when I see soldiers chasing after me. I start running even faster. Everything feels like slow motion. Right when I'm almost to the bottom of the steps men run over and grab me carrying me to the side. I scream so loud I think I can taste blood.

I don't remember exactly what happened but something knocked me out and now I'm in a dark room. I think it's a cellar. You can smell the mildew and moldy foods. There's a broken glass piece so I grab it.

I stand up and place my back against the stone wall.

"Look who decided to wake up." I hear a voice.

Otto.

"You didn't really think I'd let you and your bastard child live, did you?" He asks.

"I knew you would do something, I just didn't think you so cowardly that you would kidnap and kill a pregnant lady just because you want your idiotic grandson on the throne so badly." I spit out my words.

He comes into the cell and gets into my face.

"You do not speak of the King with such disrespect." He slaps me, and my head hits the wall.

"You portray yourself as if you're sunshine and rainbows, but I can see deep into your soul and I can see the things you wish to do to me and my family. How you want to rip us limb by limb for what we did to your family."

I start laughing, blood dripping down my forehead. "You're right. But you're also a cunt." I say, still laughing.

He grabs my chin and says. "Watch your mouth or I'll have another one of your brothers killed."

I stop laughing. If eyes could turn red mine definitely would be red right now.

"You have no idea how long I've been dreaming of this moment." I say.

"What mome-" He nearly finishes before I take the glass shard and drive it into the soft spot of his neck.

Blood gushes out and he puts his hand to his throat but falls to the ground shortly after. He makes these gross sloshing sounds.

I kneel over him and grab the glass, twisting it while it's in his neck.

"You think you've won, but we're just getting started. Say hi to Vaemond for me." I whisper, watching the life drain from his eyes.

I walk out of the cell. Once I reach the courtyards I look around to see if anyone's around.

Dead soldiers are everywhere as well as arrows. I see a familiar face among the dead. Ser Criston Cole. I would say it's a shame but it's really not. He won't be missed.

"Rhane?!" I hear my name so I turn around.

"Aemond!" I run to him and he grabs my head checking the injury. He looks down and sees all the blood on my dress and on my hands.

"Otto?" He asks and I just nod my head.

He hugs me then kisses my cheek.

"We have to go, come on." He says, leading me to Vhagar.

He gets onto his dragon. I stand there debating. I want to cut this dragon's head off for killing my brother and Arrax, but I also need to get out of here.

"Mother?" I hear Aemond ask.

I turn around and Alicent is holding an arrow heading straight for me.

Okay, so I'm trying to make this as long as I can but I've never read the books and since I can no longer follow the show I'm just kinda making some of it up as I go so if something doesn't make sense cause it's not in the books that's why.
