"You definitely are too close." Kyoko tried pushing the male away, unsuccessfully. "How about you listen to your partner just once, hm? You can disagree, but compare me to a dog one more time and I will quit this whole f-cking case." His (e/c) eyes stared down at her.

Not sure on how to react, the purple haired female only nodded. "Alright. I guess my comparison was a little bit disrespectful. I'm sorry." He held back a small smirk, keeping up the front of the angry and passionate detective assistant. "How do I know you won't do it again?"

He knew that she would do anything to not lose her partner. No one but him wanted to help with the case, so she would be alone with it, if he decided to quit. 'If only you knew, Kyoko. You would be much more... Scared? Angry? Whatever. It would involve more emotions.'

Slowly, the (h/c) haired male pulled away, giving his partner a small pat on the head. "I accept your apology. But I'm also sorry for letting my emotions get the better of me. After all, you're still my boss. If you want to talk to him first..."

She shook her head, seemingly wanting to calm him down even further. "No, it's fine. You're right. We should arrest him first. He's the first suspect in this case, so we can't just risk him fleeing. I should have thought about it more before shooting it down."

"I'm glad you think the same now. Don't worry, I have the handcuffs and taser with me." He gave her a small smile before walking down the long aisle, leaving her behind. Kyoko sighed. 'I would've never thought that we would get in such a heated argument.' Quickly following him, she shook her head.

'But now that I know that he can get angry really quickly, I know that he can't be the culprit. If he were, he would've left much more evidence, probably from a temper tantrum, like the one he had just now. That's good to know, after all.'

(Y/n) didn't waste any time: Slamming open the door, he quickly pointed the taser at the confused officer, who was writing a report about a completely different case from the one they had. "I'm sorry, but we will have to arrest you, officer." Kyoko stepped into the room, holding up the strands of hair.

"I... I don't know what to say, except: What are you two talking about? And what's with the hair?" With a pitiful expression, the (h/c) haired male handcuffed his fellow officer. "Again, I'm sorry. You're the first and only suspect in our killing case."

"Killing case? Wait... Are you talking about the person who cleans up their own crime scenes?! The one that hasn't been caught since what feels like an eternity?!" The man looked panicked, looking down at his cuffed wrists. "Why would my hair be at that crime scene? I barely know about the case!"

"That may be true, but your DNA was still found at the most recent murder scene. You will have to prove your innocence with a good lawyer and evidence that frames someone else." He spoke with a straight face, but was smirking and laughing on the inside.

'Kyoko really fell for it! That guy is really unlucky, isn't he? But... He's also at fault for this. Again, who just leaves their uniform at the police station? Everything could happen!' Sending his partner a smile, (y/n) began to lead the officer out of his office. 'A piece of cake.'
