Month five,
Day eighteen, one twenty-two PM

(Mikaela's POV)

He watched as Yuichiro was hunched over the table drawing something, he didn't want to show Mikaela what it was, so all the vampire could do was sit there and wait patiently. He couldn't lie, he had nothing against sitting there and getting a very fine view of the adorable boy concentrating while biting his lip, and to spare you the details, it was easy to fantasize about. Now, Mikaela wasn't doing nothing at all, he was granted the blessing of being able to stroke his hair as he drew, but with Yuichiro's arms and chest protecting his work, he couldn't get a peek.

It was like that for a while, possibly forty-something minutes, until his head of black hair flew up, declaring that he was done very proudly.

"Let me see it!" Mikaela declared, getting a little excited as he had been sitting there watching it being made for nearly an hour. Smiling at Mikaela, he flipped the paper to reveal a drawing of Mikaela himself, grinning with little fangs sticking out his mouth, but there was more. Mikaela could already feel his face getting warmer just with the gesture of Yuichiro drawing him, but the best part was that in the picture Yuichiro was with him, Mikaela's arms were wrapped around him and resting his head on Yuichiro's. It was cute. Everything this boy did was cute. And now, Mikaela could have just been happy about it and hang it up or something, end of the story, but he simply wasn't that kind of person. He stared at it for a moment, thinking of ways to use this to his advantage, and being the quick thinker he was, it didn't take long for him to act upon it. It was about time for him to leave hints in the way he talked, specifically hints that Yuichiro would take in a way that pushed any thoughts of others away. It was hard to come up with those, but he had a few, and this gave him a chance.

"You know, we can do this in real life too if you want. Or we can get even closer than that. After all, I doubt that anybody else alive would let you." Mikaela said with a soft smile, genty caressing Yuichiro's hair again, but his eyes didn't show the things his face or body did. They were full of mischief, lust, suggestion. This was a classic technique and a good one too. If someone is looking for that in you or the way you act, they will notice those looks, the tiny hints, and if they're not, it's unlikely that they would be paying enough attention to even notice. Mikaela also knew what game he was playing, and who he was playing with, 'I doubt that anyone else alive would let you', that's true, and it's Yuichiro's weak point. He didn't mind hurting him a bit if it meant he could get further down the path of his plan. After all, the things he would do afterward would make up for it.

Yuichiro looked up at him with a mostly expressionless face, but there was a hint of nervousness and after a few seconds he averted his gaze as if he was embarrassed, before slowly wrapping his arms around Mikaela and pressing his body into him. Both Yuichiro and Mikaela were touch starved, they had been their whole lives. Yuichiro most likely wanted to but touched, to be held, but didn't have it in him to voice that. Mikaela was a different person. After their family died, he never sought out the affection of anyone, he just waited for the day he would find Yuichiro, and after that, he would go about the whole situation a completely different way. He wanted more than just a hug, and in his mind, he had to play into that slowly, trick him into accepting his otherworldly love. Well, at least it would most likely seem otherworldly to him, and Mikaela's attachment to Yuichiro was much more than just love, much much more. So because of that, it was only natural that Yuichiro would accept Mikaela's invitation to engage in physical contact.

After he wrapped his arms around him he took a step forward and Mikaela who had yet to react to Yuichiro's sudden hug fell back, landing on his ass and wincing slightly, but forgot about the pain the second he looked down. Yuichiro was sitting between his legs and had buried his face in the crook of Mikaela's neck, his arms still wrapped tightly around the blond. Mikaela smiled, hugging the boy back, the original intentions he had when speaking to Yuichiro went to sit just behind the happiness and innocent love he was busy with, but they were there, and it wasn't all that easy to keep them somewhere that the wouldn't surface at the wrong time. Yuichiro's guard was down right now, and he was extremely close to him, it would be easy to- He stopped the sentence from meeting its end as it was supposed to, it didn't need to be. Mikaela felt his skin tingle, feeling itchy and hot, he wanted to trail his hand down further he wanted to use Yuichiro's exposed neck, which just happened to be right next to his mouth, to his advantage, he wanted to pin this boy down, but that he wasn't going to do, he had to wait. Just as he was about to grip Yuichiro's hair, the boy said something.
