I gaze at the orange sunset
Filled with an overwhelming feeling,
My mind like a still lake,
As I take time for building and healing....
I take time to remember the past,
The glory and pain that I left behind,
Times when I felt special like a star,
The exact pictures casted infront of my eyes....
I take time to rethink,
The chapters of my life that I don't wanna re-read,
Events in my journey till now that made me retreat,
And some special relations that are too late to rebuild....
I take time to realize,
I am not a star for there are many out there,
I didn't leave glory behind, i just couldn't turn away from pain,
No chapter is meant to be re-read....
I take time.......to finally be myself,
And cherish every moment of life and have fun,
As it's too short but the road is long,
So just set your negativity on fire and RUN!!
