Chapter 8

(Y/n) was in deep concentration, attempting to understand schoolwork. It's not that he's bad at school, he's actually average at it. But, that's not what Loid requires from him, so he's forced to attempt to be better than average. "Loid! We have some serious trouble brewing!" Yor interrupted, snatching his attention away from his homework.

"Oh, hi Yor, what's wrong?" (Y/n) questioned with a lopsided smile. "It's Yuri! He's coming here tonight! Here!" Yor exclaimed, looking quite frightened, this caught Sukuna's attention. "Here?!" Loid repeated as he abruptly stood up, having only heard about her brother briefly. "Bullets has 2/8ths" Anya randomly said, slightly throwing off the tense atmosphere.

"He just found out, so of course, he insists on coming over. What do we do? We can't let him find out the whole thing is fake" Yor explained, making the situation a little more understandable. "Eh, so what if he finds out? Not my problem" Sukuna said while shrugging, clearly unbothered. "Ignore him, I've actually prepared for this" Loid reassured as he glared down at Sukuna to be quiet.

In a short amount of time, they set up all the things Loid had bought, which included: Cute cups, picture frames, and a bed comforter to showcase their "love". "Papa and mama are flirting" Anya accused, earning a chuckle from (Y/n). "NO, WE ARE NOT!" Loid and Yor exclaimed in denial. "Wow... I'm so convinced" Sukuna sarcastically said while staring at the family picture frames.

Sukuna looked up at the time, a little annoyed they prepared way before Yuri showed up. He had positioned himself on the closest chair to their rooms. He glanced from his twin, who is still working on homework on the coffee table, to the hallway. Suddenly, the doorbell rang, which instantly got (Y/n) to jump up. "I've got it!" He exclaimed as he ran to the door, opening it despite his "parent's" protests.

"Oh, hi little one, I'm Yuri, nice to meet you" Yuri introduced with a tight-lipped smile as he stared down at the child. "Hi! I'm (Y/n)! This is my twin, Sukuna!" (Y/n) introduced himself and gestured to his twin. Yuri stared at Sukuna with a creepy gaze, who shared the gaze back, already they dislike each other.

"Alright you two, sorry about them, kids am I right?" Loid joked as he ushered the twins back towards the living room. "So, you two have kids together?" Yuri asked, causing the two to look shocked. "No! No, no, those are Loid's kids" Yor hastily said as she blushed brightly. "Oh, I see" Yuri mumbled, slightly grateful the twins weren't their kids, unaware that the kids weren't Loid's either.

The twins successfully blocked out all their conversation, too busy with their own things to care. Huffing, Sukuna was forced to serve their gest some food he had made. "Eat up" he demanded as he harshly placed the plate in front of Yuri, the two glaring at each other as they did so. "Sukuna, be nice! Why don't you help your brother with school?" Yor suggested as she acted like his mother.

"Uh... What's 6 times 3?" (Y/n) mumbled to himself, earning a deadpanned look from his twin. "Fine, whatever" Sukuna grumbled as he marched his way to his sibling. When he sat down, he spotted Yuri shoving the food into his mouth, indicating the food was delicious. "He's a good cook, isn't he?" Yor praised, unintentionally flaring Sukuna's ego.

The twins didn't get a lot of time to work on (Y/n)'s homework, as Yuri started to scream. "AHHHHH!! LOIDY!! AHHH!" Yuri screamed as he stood up abruptly. "Alright, that's enough working on homework out here, let's head to your room" Sukuna decided, as he pushed his sibling to get moving. "Hey! No need to be so forceful!" (Y/n) complained as he was forced to head to his room, with Sukuna following after him.
