Stu of course did have a crush on Annie. though he couldn't admit it because he was dating Tatum Riley. One of the most popular girls in school.

Stu and Annie are best friends, and have been for years. Stu got into a relationship with Tatum to get over his crush on Annie.

It never worked.

Stu Macher, did infact, love Annabelle Duncan.

Annie's pov

"Michael, shh! Me, mom and dad are trying to watch the movie!" I say, shoving popcorn in my mouth. "Sorry bossy." Michael threw his hands up in defense. I roll my eyes, turning my attention back to the movie that was on tv. Psycho. My favourite.

"I'll get it." I get up off the couch, and walk into the kitchen where the phone was.

"Hello?" I hold the phone to my ear.
"Hey baby cakes." Stu laughs.
"Stu, I'm trying to watch a movie with my family. Go away." I smile to myself.
"Sneak out later?" He asks.
"I'll see." I say about to hang up.
"I'll be by your window by nine thirty, doll." He says, before hanging up.

I got to be honest, Stu was crazy. Yeah, he's my best friend, and I love him, but he can be so creepy and crazy sometimes.

"I'm going to bed. Goodnight." I say to my parents and brother. "Night." They say in unison. They decided to watch another movie while I decided to go to bed. It's nine twenty, and Stu said he was coming at nine thirty. We'll see.

I change into a pair of pyjamas, and begun to read my favourite novel, Carrie by Stephen King. I once made Stu read it, and he said he didn't sleep for days, which confused me because Stu is kind of obsessed with gruesome stuff.

All of a sudden, I hear a knock at my window. I jump, and look to my left. It's only Stu. I get up and unlock the window for him to come in. He does, and proceeds to lay on my bed, picking up my book. "Reading this again?" He looks at me. "Yeah." I smile. "Crazy girl." He chuckles.

"So, are your parents and brother asleep?" He asks, putting the book down. "No, watching another movie downstairs." I say, taking a sip of my water. "Just sneak out!" He says, getting annoyed. "Does Tatum know your here?" I ask him. "Why would it matter if she didnt?" He looks me dead in the eye. "Because she's your girlfriend, Stu." I shrug. "And your my best friend. Known you longer." He states. I stay quiet knowing he's right.

"Exactly. So get some sweats on, and get out." He says. I sigh getting up. "Well, atleast go outside and wait until I change." I turn back around. "Your my best friend, it's fine. No harm." He smirks. "Out, Stuart." I demand. "Fine." He gets off my bed, and climbs out my window. I change into some sweats, and as I'm about to leave my room, I hear my parents and brother walking upstairs.

"Shit." I whisper to myself. I climb back into bed, pretending to be asleep, just incase my parents check on me, and ask why I'm wearing sweats.

After five minutes, I look back out my window to still see Stu standing there. He looks up and sees me. He motions for me to hurry up. I open my bedroom door, run downstairs, grab a pair of shoes, and run outside.

"Finally, you took so long." Stu smiles. "Shut up. We're still outside my house, idiot." I nudge him.

Hey, so this chapter is really short and bad, but this is only the first chapters. I promise the next chapter will be less shitty, and longer!
