Chapter 24 🌻

Thursday soon came around, Making their way down the M62 towards Yorkshire. "What do you think the boys will say" Harry asked, eyes forward concentrating on the road ahead. The roads had become foggy as they climbed higher up in to the hills. "I'm sure they'll be fine, they lived alone before inviting me to stay, I'm pretty sure I've outstayed my welcome" he sighed. "Don't be so hard on yourself Lou, I'm sure they love having you there with them"
"Yeah maybe, but at least they don't have to worry about me walking in on them anymore" face screwed up remembering the many embarrassing moments. "Oh no! You didn't?" Harry laughed. "I did, and on more than one occasion. Not a sight I would want again"

They finally reached the apartment block and after finding a space to park, made their way into the building.

They where pleased to see that both the boys where home, and also not naked.

"Hey guys, missed me?" Announcing his arrival whilst walking through to the kitchen. "We did" Liam walking over to give him a hug. "And we missed you too Harry" giving him a hug too.

They sat together at the breakfast bar drinking tea. "We have something to tell you" Louis couldn't contain his excitement. "What's that?" Zayn asked looking a little puzzled. "I'm moving in with Harry" "Oh!" Was Liam's reaction, he'd always been the daddy of the group and was very protective of us all. "Are you sure you're making the right decision. Is it not too early?"
Louis looked at Harry rolling his eyes with a smile. "We both want this Liam, the feeling mutual, we've discussed it." "Then I'm happy for you Lou, you deserve happiness, and you too Harry. I know you'll look after him"

After more chat about the move and how Louis is going to find work their, they started to pack some of his belongings. Mainly clothes and toiletries. He made his way over to the dresser where he opened the bottom drawer taking out some documents and pictures. They filled two hand held bags and a suitcase. Louis not realising he had so much stuff.

They returned to the kitchen were Liam and Zayn both still sat.

"So we will come back in a couple of weeks to collect the rest of my things if that's okay?" They both agreed this would be fine. "We will miss you" both boys now standing and making their way over to say their goodbyes. "You can visit whenever you want boys, and call when your visiting your parents or Luke" "We will" Liam replied, "we definitely will"

"Right we best be going before the traffic gets busy" Harry said whilst picking the case and bags up from Louis room.

They said their goodbyes, a few tears she'd but nobody mentioned them. "See you soon boys, love you" "We love you too Lou" "drive safe Harry and look after our boy" "I will" Harry replied, "that I can promise you"

Walking back to the car, Louis couldn't help but feel a mix of emotions, happy that he was moving in with Harry, the boy he had so fallen in love with, happy to be close to Luke that was like a brother to him but sad that he was leaving his boys behind.
"Hey" Harry wrapped his arm around his shoulder, "it's going to be okay you know, you'll see them soon" "I know, I'm good" He reached up to give Harry a kiss on his cheek before getting into the car.

They arrived home around 6pm so had picked up a chippy tea on the way back.
The weather had turned and the rain was pouring down. Running into the house deciding to leave the bags in the car ready for tomorrow.

"Sausage chips and gravy that's me, meat and potatoe pie chips and gravy, that's yours" handing the hot wrapped food to Harry already sat at the table. "I'm starving, thank you Lou."

They decided on an early night, both knowing tomorrow would be a busy day. Harry had already started to pack up most of the things in his bedroom so boxes where placed around the room.

"I can't wait to get rid of these tomorrow" moving some boxes that where next to the bed. He couldn't stand his room being cluttered. "Not long now babe, we can pack and move things straight over so we don't have the boxes hanging around"

Louis stood in the door way to the ensuite. "I'm gonna grab a shower, you want to join me?" Fluttering his long dark eyelashes. "I'd like that" making his way over to Louis.

"Lou, it's time to get up" Harry was up, dressed and ready to start the day.
He had been up early excited to get the day started.

Louis made his way downstairs, the smell of bacon filled the house. "Morning Haz" l walking over and wrapping his arms around the taller boy. "You're too good to me"

Taking the boxes from the bedroom, they started to load up the car before making their way to collect the keys for their new house.

"Good morning Mr styles" the women behind the desk greeted them, handing over their keys. "Everything should be in order but if you have any problems please don't hesitate to contact us" They arrived at the property, sitting outside a moment to take in the fact that this was their new home.

They had managed to get all the boxes in, placing them in the rooms that had been written on the boxes. "This will be perfect for us Haz, I'm looking forward to getting in now"

Harry called the estate agent dealing with the sale of his own property to check on the progress. They advised that they will be looking at two weeks for the handover. Harry new he had to get organised, he'd been putting it off a little, but now he was ready, he couldn't wait to start the rest of his life with the blue eyed boy.
