I hated it. I hated fighting them, I hated fighting him. Professor Zoom had sent me to infiltrate the cave again, he wanted me to go in and add additional surveillance. It should have been in and out, simple, but things were never simple or easy for me. I must have miscalculated the times, or they must have changed something because when I snuck in the whole team was there.
I tried to turn around and go back the way I came but Wally spotted me.
"Nightwing!" He was in front of me in an instant, that was his specialty after all. The rest of the team stood and watched as we fought. He tried to punch me but I caught his hand. He vibrated his hand until I let it go then started running around me throwing punches here and there, I stuck my foot out and tripped him. He was back up before I could blink. He managed to land a punch before I caught his hand again but this time I flipped him. He landed on the ground with a grunt, he shot up off the ground and threw a bunch of quick punches, he then tried to create a tornado around me but I threw a net around his feet. He freed himself quickly and went on the defense. I would throw a punch or a kick and he would dodge. This went on for a few minutes before I pulled out my eskershima sticks. I combined them into a staff and smacked him with it. He was stunned for a moment and I had the advantage. I went to knock him out but I couldn't do it, I couldn't really hurt him, he was my best friend, he was the love of my life. He recovered and took advantage of my moment of indecision. He swept my feet out from under me and pinned me to the ground. Then he did what I couldn't do, he knocked me out.
