Any sort of sleepiness soon left her, as she woke in the darkness of her room. She laid there still and silently waited. Yet nothing ever came, the air was still, too still.Alysanne had known what was to happen, she had known of the fate of her father yet she could not help but feel selfish. She wished for life to return to her father, the father whose mere existence stopped war from fully breaking out amongst family members.
But now with his barrier of protection gone, war was to come. Blood of the dragon shall be spilt on both sides, yet the beast still sleeps just waiting now to be poked with a stick, but do not worry it shall happen, for there are many who do not realise the consequences their actions have.
Shifting her head to the side she looked out her window, the sun was still yet to rise, but she could see the moon sinking into the horizon, saying its farewells for the day to begin. With a heavy sign she rose from the safety of her bed.
Today she would need an early start, she still had much to do.
The small council would be gathering within the next hour to discuss their next move, so she made sure to hurry as she moved her dresser to the side, bending down and shift a floorboard out of the way she grasped two different vials, both containing at least three doses of each substance, she shoved them quickly into the strap attached to her left thigh along with a small razor, she dressed in a simple amber dress, with a dark cloak wrapped around her.
Moving the dresser back in place and checking that she had everything she needed, she moved swiftly to the tapestry hanging on the northern wall of her room, she shifted it to the side before pushing the wall open.
Checking both ways of the passage she quickly closed the opening, before hurrying down a spiral of stairs.
Quickly she turned corners and moved swiftly around the endless tunnels. She knew her mother would soon come looking for her, so she pushed herself further as her breath started to come out a bit shaky.
Finally, she felt the temperature of the tunnels starting to heat up, her body swiftly made itself up a small ladder attached to the side of the tunnel, she peeked through the small hole in the metal plate above, checking to make sure no one was passing.
Alysanne pushed her hands up above her as she moved the metal plate from above her head, now directing it to the side as she pushed herself up.
The area was mostly isolated besides a cluster of small children gathered around the end of the alley.
Her eyes met the tallest amongst the group, his head moved slightly, signalling her to follow. She did not have to travel far as when they turned the corner she was faced with a white hooded figure.
She raised her chin ever so slightly as she looked into the hood of the women in front of her "Mysaria", she inclined her head ever so slightly to the side.
