Kalice hadn't spoken to Jason sense her and Owen left . Owen and her rode in the back with her father's bodyguard Stephen. He was like a Friend of the family. Kalice was his favorite because she reminded him of his daughter. His daughter was Stephanie. Stephanie loved her father but her mother wouldn't let him see her. Stephan and Stephanie were exactly alike. Their name's were literally the same.
"You sure you don't wanna call your Dad?" Owen asked her and she was silent. He sighed in frustration and he took her phone and Kalice reached for it. And he gave a punishing glare making her shiver. She settled down. "What's your password?"
"Figure it out." Kalice hissed stubbornly. He chuckled and ignored her disobedience and got it on the second guess. It was the date her father adopted them .
"So much for being mad your phone is drenched with your father's name." Owen Said going through her gallery. She peaked at the certain picture she took with her father laying on the couch when they were looking for David. She sighed and Owen smirked.
"Ready to call him now?"
"Sure whatever." Kalice mumbled and Owen gave her the phone. She called her dad. Jason rushed to his ringing phone at work nearly knocking everything down on the desk. He answered it waiting for kalice's voice.
"Hello?... Kalice?"
"I'm here Daddy." Kalice answered with tear's falling. "You hurt my feelings and you said you couldn't hurt me."
"I failed Again at that and I'm sorry."
"I failed too I...I was being stubborn." Kalice admitted if Owen didn't know Kalice he'd think she was talking to a boyfriend. Her Love for her father was different from any Love he had ever seen. It couldn't compare to her passion for Owen. She loved him as If he were her long lost husband.
"I just wanted to say I didn't mean it what I said...I couldn't Lock you out if I tried."
"Aww dad."
"Only because you have a spare key."
"To your heart?" Kalice Asked excited and Jason chuckled shaking his Head. "Come on say it!" Kalice urged him and he sighed.
"You have a spare key to my heart." Jason said and she screamed dramatically pretending to faint. Owen Couldn't help but laugh. "I'm gonna hang up that was embarrassing you have the entire station laughing at me." Jason said blushing.
"Oh tell them don't get their panties in a bunch they're just upset because they have Daddy issues. They want to be like us." Kalice said flicking her Hair back being cocky. Owen was amused by her sas it Made him laugh.
"I have to go I love you have a safe trip." Jason said almost hanging up but Kalice cut in.
"I love you too Daddy." Kalice said and Jason slowly hung up with a smile. He was happy he got his daughter back he would never do that again.
