Carson had arranged for his Ferarri to be parked close to where they docked the boat so the two could drive to their next destination. Luckily their next stop wasn't that far away.Acacia was glad that she had the foresight to wear a scarf on her head, because they were driving around with the top of the car down while nineties and two-thousands R&B music played in the background.
When they arrived Carson parked the car and the two proceeded to walk hand in hand to the spot where they would be spending the rest of the afternoon.
He explained the reason why he brought her there.
"I always come here to clear my head. It's out the way and the view is beautiful."
That's when Acacia noticed that he had set up a picknick for them. It really was the perfect picknick spot and it was indeed a hidden gem so they were the only two people present.
There was a big sheet spread out onto the grass, a small table that was covered by a checkered table cloth with pillows surrounding it and other cute decor pieces. There were also two picknick baskets present that were filled with food and drinks.
Acacia was a little speechless. It was clear that he had spent some time to arrange everything. She noticed that some of her favorite snacks were present. They recently found out that they were both foodies and hadn't stopped talking about food ever since. Carson was always very thoughtful with the things that he did for her.
"You did all this?"
"I had a little help," Carson admitted. He had his chef prepare them some food and Valerie brought the food over, but everything else was his doing.
"Ugh, this is sooo cute. I really appreciate you doing all this," Acacia stated while she wrapped her arms around his waist. As far as Carson was concerned it was all worth it just to see the look on her face.
It was clear that she felt more at ease around him than before and he was happy at the progress that they had made.
The two of them both removed their shoes and Carson assisted Acacia with taking a seat on the plaid.
He opened up one of the baskets and removed two champagne glasses and filled them both up.
"What are we toasting to?" Acacia wondered when Carson handed her one of the glasses that was filled with a non alcoholic beverage.
