Cannis' POV:
We were having a great time, the TV was on and we were hyped up on sugar. We were having a pillow fight and we were jumping everywhere. It was the most fun I had had in ages! Jenny was great and had a personality just like mine, we were getting along amazingly.
We had already decided when we would have our next sleepover. There were the occasional knocks at the door from the room service with our orders of pie or other things. There was a particularly loud knock this time but it was not from the door it came from the wall on the left.
Suddenly an explosion destroyed the wall and we were thrown back. Got up staying low and looked for Jenny when I saw her on the floor bleeding from two pieces of shrapnel in her stomach and side. I could see glowing shaped move across the room I saw my rapier and grabbed it, I sneaked behind the couch that was on it's side. Staying low I sneaked towards one of the shapes, it was making a strangled noise.
The dust cleared and I could see Kalin strangling a demon with black leather gloves. I could see one sneaking up on her and I dove at it slicing through it's gelatinous body and killing.
