Author POV after seeing everything jules has been going through, jayden decided to take jules on a little dinner date. "omg this restaurant is so fancy!! jayden can you afford this?" "don't worry about the money, you deserve the world jules" "ugh i don't deserve you" "kiss me" they kissed.

after the amazing dinner together, they decided to go for a walk along the beach. jules loved being able to be alone with her favorite person. she loved the way jayden made all the chaos around her seem nonexistent. "jayden i think i'm in... crap billy is calling me" jules angrily said "when are you going to call him your dad?" "never... hello" *on the phone* "julianna i just checked your brother into a rehabilitation center. he should be there for at least a month but it could be more or less time" "omg thank you so much!! he needs help beyond what i can offer and i'm glad you were able to take him" "no problem, i would do anything for any of you....but i was wondering if you wanted to go to an art museum with me next week" "umm" "you can invite one your friends if you want" "uh sure i'll come" "okay great. i'll call you back with more information later in the week" "okay bye billy" "bye" *off the phone* "so looks like you and i are going to some art thing with billy next week" "oooh that sounds fun" "i guess" "JULES THINK POSITIVE! WE GET TO SEE BEAUTIFUL ART AND YOU CAN RECONNECT WITH YOUR DAD" "why would i want to do that? just because he's my dad? he's nothing more than a sperm donor" silence took over...
"um so i guess i should take you home now" "nooo can we go to your place jay?" "you sure you don't need to be with hayley during this whole situation with your brother?" "oh you're right. honestly, i don't even know how i'm going to explain this to her. she understands that caleb is definitely not fit to be taking care of us but i don't know if she understands that he never fully came to terms with our moms death" "that's why you need to be with her right now." "can you stay over jay?" "i thought you didn't like people over your house" jayden says opening the car door for jules "i normally don't .... but if we're going to be together, you're gonna have to deal with my shithole house" "i'll do anything for you julie"
———————————————————————————————————————————————- Juliana POV on the ride home, i stared out of jayden's car window smiling so big. she had one hand on the steering wheel and the other around my thigh. i couldn't imagine being anywhere else in that moment. as we walked through the front door, silence filled the dark and gloomy house. i look over at all of the trash that has now consumed the living room wondering how i ever called this place a home. "do you want to go wait in my room while i go talk to hayley real quick?" "of course beautiful" jayden says before kissing my cheek and leaving the room "don't forget, it's the second door on the right!!" i say yelling up the stairs as i knock on hayley's door, i hear faint laughter and am confused on whether she is on the phone or has someone else in the room with her *knock knock* "hayley?" "jules? come in" i walk in to see 2 other girls about hayley's age all giggling on the floor "oh i didn't realize that you had people over" "this is skylar and bella, girls this is my older sister juliana" "hayley, can i talk to you outside for a moment?" "yea sure just make it quick, we were just about to head out to bella's house" she says walking out the door after closing hayley's bedroom door, jules gives hayley a confused look "you were going to go bella's house at 11 pm? to do what?" "why does it matter? what's up jules?" "please just be safe hay. but i wanted to tell you that caleb is .... he's in rehab." "oh. what does that mean? when will he be home?" "i'm not sure, they are required to keep him for 2 weeks but after that he can choose whether he wants to stay there or come back. i wanted to let you know because with him gone i will definitely be home a lot more" "oh thank you for involving me. if that's all can i go back with my friends now?" "uhh yea"
