Freddy's POV...
Chica dragged me to Roxy's Raceway, where Y/N ran to. We kept on calling their name, but we couldn't find or hear them ANYWHERE. We checked in Roxy's Raceway, Bonnie Bowl, Mazercise, Fazerblast, Daycare, Rockstar Row, Basement, LITERALLY EVERYWHERE. And they was nowhere. I felt horrible...maybe they ran away? And...left the Pizzaplex...? Or are they in danger?! My protecting-instinct started.
"C-Chica! They must be here somewhere! We gotta find them somehow!!" I yelled.
"I know, Freddy! I know. I'm worried about Y/N too. But we looked everywhere. Maybe...they just left us."
"Left their own job? They couldn't have...just left us!"
"We'll find them soon, Freddy...we'll find them soon. I promise. Don't freak out! If they did leave...I'll miss Cupcake."
Y/N's POV...
I hid in the backside of the basement...where everything was silent. All I could hear was my own breathing. Just so I can recollect my own thoughts. Maybe I should've snapped at Freddy...maybe that was a mistake. But what could I do about it? I'm sensitive to people yelling at me.
I sighed and stood up. I can't just sit on the concrete ground. I started walking to the stairwell. That's when I heard Freddy and Chica talking outside of the door I was about to open.
"Freddy! Stop worrying!" Chica groaned.
"But...what is Y/N is hurt? or scared?"
"Or left?"
"Stop saying they left! Let's not think like that..."
I stopped eavesdropping on their conversation. I should just open the door, shouldn't I? And apologies?
I took a deep breath and opened the door. Freddy and Chica turned their heads toward the door, where I was.
"Y/N!!!" Freddy yelled and hugged me.
"Freddy..." I sighed.
"You had us worried, Cupcake!"
Freddy stopped hugging me as I stared at the ground. I was always stubborn and it felt weird saying "sorry"...
"Superstar? Is anything wrong?" Freddy asked. Then realization hit him. "Oh...that...I'm sorry for yelling at you. I didn't mean anything I said. Maybe you are right. Maybe the kids are-"
"No, Freddy. I was not right. I was just assuming. Not all children are like that. I'm sorry for assuming that all your 'superstars' were using you," I apologized. Freddy looked shocked at my apology.
"Y/N...you didn't need to apologize. I was at fault. Not you. Don't blame yourself. Chica also agreed with your statement. Some children should not be called Superstars."
"Freddy..." I groaned. That's not what I completely meant...oh well. I stopped staring at the ground and I looked into Freddy's eyes. He seemed so alive and sentient...yet he was an animatronic. It was weird how alive these animatronics seem. They're robots! How can they have emotions like people?
"Cupcake?" Chica asked. I snapped out of my trance and looked at Chica.
"What's wrong?"
"Are you okay? You seem lost in the clouds," Chica noticed.
"Yes, I'm good. I'm just gonna check on DJ Music Man like I'm supposed to. Freddy? Would you like to finish showing me where DJ Music Man is?" I asked him.
"Why, yes, of course I will!" Freddy started walking BACK to the atrium. The atrium went up as we listened to atrium music. Freddy started humming along to the tune. The "bell" rung and the atrium doors opened. Freddy continued walking to DJ Music Man's place.
"There we are," Freddy said as he opened DJ Music Man's door to his Dance Floor.
"Are you sure you can't go in?" I asked.
"I cannot. Sorry. Maybe once I get this...error...fixed, I can. Just not with this dancing error. My bad, Y/N. You'll be alright. DJ Music man is a friendly fellow! So don't worry. I'll be in my Greenroom if you need me. Good luck!" Freddy explained and waved. I waved back and then he closed the door.
Time to see DJ Music Man!
