"Huff, huff, I'm gonna be late!" You said with urgency as you hurried into the mall. The bus had ended up being late, and it was already 15 minutes past when you and Choco Ball were supposed to meet up. At this rate, you two could miss the movie entirely, and you couldn't let that happen.
Thankfully, the mall wasn't too big, so you were able to get to the movie theater pretty quickly.
Once there, you saw there weren't many people gathered in the theater's lobby. Yet, there was no sign of Choco Ball. You sighed, you missed him. Dammit, so much for your first date as a couple going off without a hitch.
You started heading back to the theater entrance, a bit defeated. Before you could get there however, you felt a pair of strong arms wrap around you. You gasped as a familiar laugh filled your ears, an a smile crossed you face.
"Gotcha!"
"Choco!" You said excitedly, turning around to look your boyfriend in the eyes as he loosened his grip. "I'm so sorry I'm late! The bus was delayed, I was worried I missed you!"
"Hey, it's no problem babe! Not much you can do about that. But come on, the movie's gonna start soon! Let's go get some popcorn first, ok?"
"Yeah, that sounds good!"
With that, the two of you went to the theater, but not before grabbing a large bag of popcorn at the concession stand first. The entire time, you could feel yourself blushing a bit. It was your first real date with Choco Ball, and he was so handsome in his black and white striped T-shirt and blue jeans.
After getting the popcorn, you both went into the theater, where the trailers were just ending. As you sat down, Choco Ball took the opportunity to wrap his arm around your shoulders and lean you in against his own, making your heart beat just a bit faster. Seriously, how the hell was this man so damn fine?!
You looked up to Choco Ball, meeting his gaze. He giggled and gave a smirk in response, making you blush even harder. He knows what he's doing, and dammit, that was dangerous to your emotions.
But, you didn't have to much time to think about it. As you looked back at the screen, you saw the movie was about to start playing. You snuggled up a bit next to Choco Ball, excited for the movie to start.
[After the movie]
"That movie was really good wasn't it?" Choco Ball asked you as the two of you walked out of the theater.
"It was! The actors were amazing in it, they portrayed all their emotions perfectly, and were so expressive too! It was a great performance, I can see the hype." You replied, replaying some of the most emotional scenes in your head. The leads were amazing at projecting the emotions of their characters, and you silently wondered how they did it.
"Ah, heh, should've expected that from you. I almost forgot you're an actress."
"Hmp, don't tell me you already forgot about the show!"
"I didn't! I didn't! I swear."
You pouted a bit before breaking into giggles. Before you knew it, Choco Ball had also joined in with the laughter. At the same time, your heart started to flutter.
