"Another fail... huh?" You said to yourself, looking over the rejection email from your latest audition. You participated in two of them since the school musical, and you've had no luck in either of them. You sighed, leaning back into your chair.
(I... just don't understand it...) You thought to yourself. (My expressions are good, my body motions and voice are good as well. I haven't been skimping on practices and I can recite my lines with no issue, so what's holding me back from passing?) You sighed again. (Maybe I should check out the recording of the auditions, maybe I can learn something from seeing not only mine, but also everyone else's.)
You took out your laptop, starting to log into it as you heard your phone buzz. You quickly picked it up and checked the notification. It was a text from Choco Ball. You smiled as you tapped the message.

Choco Ball: Hey! Did you get the results already?
Y/n: Yep, it was another rejection tho...
Choco Ball: Another one? Damn... you're just as good as any pro, what are they thinking not choosing you?
Y/n: I wouldn't say I'm at pro level just yet... I just need to keep practicing.
Choco Ball: Sounds good, just don't work too hard and get sick, alright?
Y/n: I could say the same to you, you've nearly been practicing nonstop for the match tomorrow. Don't tire yourself out too much!
Choco Ball: Fair enough.
Hey, I had an idea. Why don't I head over there now?
Y/n: Huh? Now?
Choco Ball: Yeah! After all, not gonna get much time to have you all to myself tomorrow now would I? 😉
Y/n: True... >////<
Sure, I'll just clean up a bit before you get here, ok?
Choco Ball: Sounds good! Be there in a bit, can you send me your address?
Y/n: Sure!
You sent Choco Ball your address before quickly going to tidy up your room a bit. It wasn't horribly messy, but picking up a little wouldn't hurt.
About 10 minutes later, you heard a knock at your door. You smiled, putting down the books you were holding and heading to the apartment's front door. Excitedly, you open it, blushing as you saw your soccer player boyfriend standing there.
"Choco!" You exclaimed, excitedly wrapping your arms around him.
"Haha! It's great to see you babe!" Choco Ball replied, holding you tight in an embrace. He even kissed you a couple times on the top of your head, making you blush a bit more.
"Hm?" You wondered out loud as you noticed the bag Choco Ball was carrying. "What's in there Choco?"
"Ah, this?" Choco Ball said, holding the bag up. "I was hoping we could cuddle a bit as we watch something on TV, so I bought some snacks for us at a convenience store nearby. Does that sound good?"
"Ah, yeah! That sounds good!"
"Great! Let's get it set up then!"
You and Choco Ball started getting everything together, with you setting up the TV and Choco Ball getting out the snacks. You couldn't help but blush a bit, the two of you have been dating for a while, but you haven't really cuddled in such an intimate setting before. It filled you with excitement, and you couldn't help but blush a little.
Once the two of you finished setting up, Choco Ball immediately sat on the couch, motioning for you to sit on his lap. You blushed a little before going to join him.
As you sat down on Choco Ball's lap, you felt the soccer player's arms wrap around you, holding you firmly towards his chest. You couldn't help but blush even more somehow, and it made Choco Ball chuckle and smirk.
"Hm~? You seem to be enjoying this a lot, aren't you?" Choco Ball said, with a teasing tone in his voice. "Get as comfortable as you'd like. You know I love to cuddle you~."
You blush as you cuddle him more, not wanting to let go of him. He seems to notice this, as he chuckles and hold you closer.
"You know..." Choco Ball said with a mischievous edge to his voice. "I could stay here for the night, and we can cuddle all you want, maybe even go a bit further~?"
You blushed even more, before you cuddled into him even more and giggled. "Yeah, that sounds good to me."
