Do you fear death? Or it is the uncertainty of what would it be after death that scares you the most?
They say death is something in between sleeping and waking up, that everyday we practiced death. We detach our spiritual self to the human experience we had everytime we fell asleep. For some, it is a sentence-a life sentence specifically that we have to live through while we are here. It is partly true for me, we never asked to be born, we were forced in this world to witness everything be it our will or not. Hence, living is a sentence, a consequence of something we have no idea of.
It is the thought of death which makes living nonsense, everytime it flashed on my mind I ask myself what is the reason of living if I will just eventually die? I will leave everything behind and that is what makes it scary. Living becomes a burden and everyday we have to continuously struggle and get through.
