As the wind blows through the open window, I slowly open my eyes as I lay still on my bed.

A wandering dog comes in and jumps on the bed and licks me awake.

Laughing and gently pushing them off, I rub my eyes and rub their belly as they lay down.

Getting up to brush my teeth I watch as a note gets slipped under my door.

Reading it as I freshen up, it says that Ohera wants all attendants to meet in the war room in an hour to discuss some things.

After rinsing my mouth I step out and organize my room to pass the time.

Finishing up I make my way over to the war room.

Quickly making a detour to the kitchen to grab a quick snack for my breakfast.

The party went on all night. I left after the food was basically gone and people started to get drunk.

It was good to finally celebrate how hard we worked and it sort of made me more determined to continue this fight for all people in the Ether realm.

Turning the corner I notice Aurora is ahead and I run up next to her.

"Hey, how are you feeling?" I ask because she was practically dancing the entire time.

"Oh hey, I'm fine, a little exhausted but nothing I can't handle, any idea what Ohera has planned?" She says smiling.

I shake my head. I guess Ohera is acting alone on this.

Entering the war room we make contact with the sergeants and look over at Ohera who is analyzing the hologram map.

Noticing were all here she looks up and says, "thank you all for coming, I wanted to discuss plans for the future of this fast-growing village"

Surrounding the table she highlights two kingdoms that are decently far from us.

"If we want to continue to preserve our freedom we have to gain allies. Even though we have the small force of the village it won't be enough to protect and win this war which is why I'm proposing that Adam, Aurora, and I set out to meet with these kingdoms to establish alliances," she says looking at the sergeants.

"We understand, what would you like us to do," they say and I'm a little impressed.

They're always stuck-ups and stubborn. After everything that's happened they somehow changed their attitude, they started acting like actual sergeants.

"We will set out in a few minutes so we don't spend too much time away, all I need from you guys is to continue to lead and protect these people," she says, and they all nod in understanding.

Dismissing them, she turns towards us.

"Do you two need anything to get from your rooms?" She asks and we shake our heads.

"Good cause I already have our bags packed, come on," she says and we follow her down to the stables.

Getting our bags we walk the horses over to the entrance of the village to set for our departure.

As we hop on our horses, the people in the village stand outside their homes to watch us go.

Waving goodbye as we head outside the gates.

A few miles out I start to get bored almost immediately.

"So which kingdom are we going to first?" I ask and Ohera stares at the map.

"The... Kingdom of Cypher, they have technology we can use and a large number of soldiers, they're not that great but they can at least put up some sort of a fight," she says and I can see Aurora getting curious.
