"HELP! I NEED A DOCTOR!" Arensio screamed out as he carried Valencia into the hospital. "I can't believe it. My grandson is coming!" Vera says excitedly.

A couple of nurses rushed up to him one of them was rolling a wheelchair.
"AHHH! INFIERNO DE MIERDA!" Valencia screamed as another contraction hits her.

"How far along are the contraction?" A female nurse asked.

"About 10 minutes apart, "Arensio replied

"Okay, that's good. Who's your doctor?"

"Dr. Smith," he tells them.

"PAGE DR SMITH!" The male nurse yelled out.

They rushed Valencia to the labor and delivery unit of the hospital.

The nurses prepared Valencia for delivery and deep down she was terrified. Arensio was there next to her holding her hand.

"I'm scared," she says to him. Arensio kisses her cheek. "I know but I'll be here,"

Dr. Smith walks into the room. "Hello Valencia, how are we feeling?" She asks.

"I'm...exhausted," she huffs. Laying in position the pain was clear on her face. She screamed every five seconds, hoping the baby would shoot out easily.

Dr. Smith looks under the blanket. Valencia was fully dilated. "Okay it's time to push," she says.

And she listened... She pushed and pushed long and hard. An hour passed before they made progress. The head finally showed. To Valencia, the pain resembled a watermelon being pushed through a hole the size of a lemon. Good thing she wasn't having twins.

She can't believe Kristen did this twice.

"Okay great job. One more push," Dr. Smith applaud her.

"Do you need water," Arensio chanted

"Is the position comfy enough for you?" Her doula, Abby, asked for the eightieth time.

"Keep pushing, you're almost there," the doctor reminded her.

"Please shut up!" Valencia screamed.

"It's okay just breathe," Abby says.

"Please come out," Valencia thought to her. "If you come out safely I promise that I'll be the best mother I can be to you,"

The baby didn't seem like he wanted to come out, anyway. His head popped back into his mother's body so quickly. Because of the blood was slippery, the doctor couldn't get a good grip on the head. It wasn't until the next long push that got the job done. Half the baby exited Valencia's body and the doctor was able to pull out the rest of the body.
