Shadow got off of the phone, with G.U.N he lets out a soft sigh, before turning his attention to Sonic. He called the agency, because out of all places he could trust G.U.N was the only one, he trusted with medical exams, and other things for his mental ill husband.
"Dr. Jennifer, and Nurse Olivia, are coming over..." Shadow said, as he rubs his head, "and the medical room is set up with the equipment"
Sonic only nodded, it's been two months since Sonic made up his mind, he didn't want to upset Shadow, but he just couldn't handle the pain, the suffering, the memories, and he trusted Shadow, to have a good a live without him.

Shadow showed the two humans, to the medical room, that was neatly set up with a lot of medical equipment, a cooler and mini fridge with IV bags, as well as food, a small cleaning station, with a paper toilet holder, on the wall, a comfy bed and some monitors. Jennifer brushed her long black hair out of her face setting down bag of extra medical supplies, on the counter. Olivia smiled "We will most like put all this stuff to good use, for you Mr. Shadow..."
"Now where is Mister. Sonic?" Jennifer asked.
"I'm here..." Sonic said, he was wearing a light pink long sleeve cropped-top t-shirt, and a pair of booty shorts and white thigh high socks.
The examination began, it was rather normal Sonic always came out as healthy physically, just never mentally, most of the therapist that Shadow had brought in to help Sonic, always told him that same thing This is normal for an omega or that he was a lost cause, to help.
The blue hedgehog was laying on the bed on back, Jennifer applies the gel onto Sonic's lower abdomen.
"Ahh, well congratulations, looks to me like twins" Jennifer said, pointing to the small in Sonic's womb.
"This is amazing, news" Shadow said. Sonic didn't know how to feel, it wasn't happiness that he was feeling, but the look on his husband's face, made this worth it.

"Shadow?" Sonic said.
"Yes?"
"If um something were to happen me, will you make sure that our hoglets, don't live a life like I did?" Sonic finally responded, Shadow blinks but seeing that Sonic had made up his mind, he can just see his husband was suffering, not because of him but because of the past, he just took a deep breath. "I promise."
Sonic pulls the cinnamon rolls out of the oven, he knew they were Shadow's favorite, so he want to bake him something special to celebrate, "Sonic are you okay?"
Sonic shakes his head, he just hurries off to the bathroom, vomiting into the toilet, not that there was anything to puke, since the hedgehog barely eats, but starting today he was going to be eating for three now, he panted flushing the toilet, he gets up and started to rinse his mouth. Before joining Shadow. "Morning Sickness?" The ebony alpha said.
Sonic huffs and nodded he takes the cinnamon roll and starts to eat it, he wasn't much of a sweet person, but he was hungry after puking up.
He just knew the first trimester was going be rough on him.
