34. She Means Nothing

"Still nothing from Kaya?" Caroline asked taking out blood bags from a cooler box.

"Nothing. I can't even use a tracking spell to find her. It's all my fault." Bonnie said almost in tears.

"Oh Bonnie." Caroline quickly hugs her friend,"we will find her soon. I'm sure wherever she is, she being strong."

Finn is walking down the street when Klaus approaches him. They walk together.

"Hello Finn." Klaus greets.

"Hello Niklaus. I have nothing to say to you." Finn said.

"Well, I'm not here to chat. I will ask you one time though, where's our mother? Where did she take Kaya?"

"Gone to find another way to end our abominable lives. And when she does, I will sacrifice myself all over again. She will use Kaya to fuel her energy." Finn explained.

"Well, how fortunate that I found you, I require your assistance." Klaus said.

" I have no wish to help you. Only to see you dead."

"Right, well, that's the thing; you see you won't be able to see me dead, because if I die, then you die. So, wish unfulfilled, I'm afraid." Klaus said.

"Oh, bother someone else with your hollowed charms, Niklaus."

"I would but you kidnapped that person."

"Like I said. Find someone else." Finn said.

"Why? Why not come bother my big brother? I need you to accompany me back to Mystic Falls, I have a witch there who can help undo Esther's spell that linked us together." Klaus said.

"I have no wish to be unlinked."

Klaus moves in front of Finn and places his hand on his chest to stop him from moving on.

"Again with the wishes. Let me rephrase, you will come back with me or I will put you back in that coffin in which you rotted for 900 years." Klaus said.

" What happens to one, happens to all. You may not feel the effects of the dagger, but you'd lose your precious Rebekah."

"Wouldn't be the first time."

"How about you kill Esther's source of energy."

"Great. What's that?"

"Kaya. It wouldn't be the first time." Finn said before he walks off.

Klaus watches him leave bothered by what he just said. Finn vampire speeds down an alleyway but Rebekah blocks his path.

"Let's not make this any worse than it has to be, darling brother." Rebekah said.

"You're siding with him? Rebekah, he stored us in boxes."

"At least he's not trying to make us extinct."

Finn turns around and sees Klaus behind him,"What are you gonna do? Kill me?"

"Oh yeah, that's right, you've got a death wish , pathetic, but fine. The thing is, I'm not gonna let you take the rest of us down with you." Klaus throws Finn against the wall and he crumples to the ground.

Klaus throws Finn into the foyer. Rebekah and Klaus follow.

He places Sage in and they hold lovingly.

Klaus watches them as he felt longing.
