      "Time is your greatest enemy. Phase one of the mission will be a low-level ingress attacking in two-plane teams. You'll fly along this narrow canyon to your target. Radar-guided surface-to-air missiles defend the area"

Scarlett starts to pick at her lip, only to have someone gently pull her hand away from her face. Scarlett looks at Hangman as if he's a madman.

"What the hell?" Scarlett whispers.

"Picking your lip isn't good for you"

"Why were you looking?!" Scarlett whispers.

"Ghostface, hangman. Care to join us?" Maverick ask, looking at the two.

"This is why I don't sit in the front row" Scarlett mutters under her breath.

"Ghostface, since you seemed to be a little distracted, care to refresh us on what the mission is about?"

    Scarlett gives a quick recap of the mission, before letting maverick go back to his speech. Scarlett couldn't wait for him to stop talking so she could try out the valley and it's tight turns.

    "Max ceiling: 300 feet. Time to target: three minutes. Good luck."

         Scarlett and hangman share a somewhat concerned glance. 

    Scarlett grunts as she rounds the tightest corner yet. Spots cloud her vision, making it hard to see. 

       "Hangman, we are ten seconds behind! Increase speed!" Scarlett yells over the coms.

         "Hangman, ease up. The canyon"s getting tighter." Payback argues.

        "Negative, Payback. Increase your speed."  Hangman says before speeding up, Scarlett right behind him.

       "You're going too fast, man." Payback warns.

     "No harm in being ahead of schedule."

     Scarlett follows closely behind Hangman, careful to not hit the mountain.  Payback and fanboy hit the wall, but Scarlett and hangman don't slow down- they have a target to hit.

     "What happened?"

      "We flew as fast as we could" hangman responds.

      "Kinda like our  asses depended on it" Scarlett adds.

       "And you put your team in danger,and your wingman"s dead." Rooster points out.

     "They couldn't keep up" hangman smirks. 

       Pilot after pilot goes, a few getting close to the target, but not making it. Soon  rooster goes, and arrives on target a minute late.

     "Why are you dead? You"re team leader up there. Why are you, why is your team dead?"

       "Sir, he's the only other Pilot to  make it to target" Phoenix defends.

       "And his missile drop was more accurate" Scarlett adds.

       "A minute late"

       "He can't be this nit-picky when it's our first time running the mission" Scarlett whispers into Hangman's ear.

      Hangman gives her a look.

     "He gave enemy aircraft time to shoot him down. He is dead."

     "You don"t know that." Rooster argues.

      "You're not flying fast enough. You don't have a second to waste" hangman says annoyedly. This earns him a kick to the leg from Scarlett.
